Description: Like all sovereign rulers, Kaine has his own royal guard, dubbed the Blackblade Praetorian Guard due to their origination from Kaine's private army. The armor was forged specifically for these guardsmen, and was created to Kaine's own design. The helmet features an enclosed design, with a pair of curled horn protruding from each side of the head. Inside of the helmet is a sophisticated system that interlocks directly into the guard's brain via cybernetic augmentation, allowing them to control their vision from normal, to nightvision to infrared, and even to ultraviolet. Underneath the armor is a tight, form-fitting armorweave body glove that covers all parts of the wearers body except for the head. A cloak of armorweave drapes across their shoulders and down their backs, with the symbol of the Blackblades embroidered across the center of the cloak. For weapons the Praetorian Guard utilizes a combination of lightsaber pikes, vibroblades, and even blaster rifles and pistols to combat their foes.

1) How does the helmet connect to the wearer's brain?
2) Other than looking cool, are there any special features to this armor?
3) Roughly how durable is this armor? How does it hold up to blasters, slugthrowers, lightsabers, bladed weapons, exc?

1) Should've made it clearer about that helmet part, but it's cybernetic augmentation. I'll edit that in.
2) I feel questions two and three can be answered with one answer; It's extremely resistant to both blasters, slugthrowers, and bladed weapons, but will not hold up to a lightsaber. It's made of a higher grade of armor, so it's meant to stand up to more punishment than the average armor, but it's not impervious.
