Approved NPC Blackblade Guardsmen

I added permission for the Aurora Industries items, and I elaborated further in the OOC info that this is an update of and a replacement for all previous subbed Blackblade submissions in the Codex. I wanted to also get a screenshot of permission from Prazutis, but I couldn't catch him today but if you still require it I will keep trying to reach him. I also linked the big previous Blackblade submission mentioned in Prazutis' factory submissions to show that this is the next iteration.

Thanks for fishing those out and clarifying on the intent. It definitely seemed like it could be a revamp, but also something new. The clarification totally helps.
