At the mention of the pair's allegiance to the Trade Federation, he lofted a brow. Sure,
now they weren't hiding but they'd certainly arrived here with the upmost subtly. His own vessel having been concealed with experimental Imperial cloaking technology. He nodded- curious of what might've caused a prod in his activity. His former alignment with the Security Bureau immediately dragging his thoughts down into concerns of OPSEC, data breaches and lingering moles.
Not that any of it conveyed in his expression. "Well, heh, I'm most certain you'd find the Trade Federation most amicable to the prospect.
Many have had their vessels commissioned by the array of premier manufacturers within our organization." He said, offering a smile before his crimson gaze shifted past the man to the Falleen and how the Toydarian had concluded his business with him. He grit his teeth under his lips for a moment before his gaze was redirected back to Zahran.
He then opened his coat, reaching into its pocket to produce a small datapad, quickly pressing into the biometric authenticator before he handed it to Atius.
"If you would, Mister Hanno. Take down this man's contact information and any of the design specifications he has for his vessel. We'll pass it along to the Techno Union or any other prospective Trade Federation manufacturer willing to take the commission." He said before he stood up from his seat, smoothing a hand over his coat.
"It is terribly improvident of me to leave our discussion so abruptly but I'm afraid I have a client to meet with." He said, easing out of the booth with a pat of the hand on Khaldun's shoulder. A show of good will as he strode toward the Underboss's table.
Two Black Sun Enforcers were quick to bar his closeness, a firm hand pressed against his chest to halt his approach.
"Stay back, Chiss..." He said to which the man's crimson eyes flicked to the helmeted Falleen.
"Oh? Well...that would be a shame." He said, reaching into his coat pocket again, producing a Trade Federation identification card.
"I assure you that your 'boss' would very much so like to speak with me. I won't take too much of his time." Whether the sentry's resolve broke or the Underboss urged them to stand down, the Chiss would approach and sit across from him.
"Mister Tharn is it? Greth'an'esturuo, though for expediency sake, Thane works just as well. I come in representation of an organization that I'm sure you and your syndicate is well aware of." He said, the Trade Federation need no introduction by now. At least not to a man in the business of smuggling and piracy.
"Be assured though, Mister Tharn- I've not come here to chide you over the illicit and illegal acts your syndicate may very well have done in concern to Trade Federation Customs Authority...no, more so...to establish a working relationship between our respective organizations. Before I tread any further or run the risk of wasting both of our time...is this a venture of which you'd be curious in exploring? Or rather...keep the dynamic to petty raids in systems where hopefully a Lucrehulk isn't. What I've come to offer, you'll find, is far more providential on behalf of both the Trade Federation and the Black Sun Syndicate." He explained, his posture straight and his voice eloquent yet firm, as if trained and tempered in courtly politics.
