SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Energy Crossbow that fires Silent Bolts
  • Uses Charric Technology, giving every bolt against Lightsabers, making them very difficult to deflect
  • Galvaning Circuit has been modified to cause odd energy fluctuations in the laser bolt, making it very difficult for Force Users to halt or catch the bolt with Telekinesis
  • Built in cloned Power Glands from an Amphistaff render weapon resistant to Lightsaber blows
  • Capable of firing standard red bolts, blue Ion Bolts, or orange incendiary bolts
  • Can be fitted with scopes and damage, fire rate, range upgrades. (Note: Anything beyond scopes requires a separate sub)
  • Magnatomic Adhesion Grip, to help prevent Disarmament via Conventional or telekinetic means
STRENGTHS
  • Mage Killer: The weapon has a number of Modifications to help deal with Force Adepts. It uses Charrics technology, making each bolt have greater kinetic impact, making them difficult to deflect with Lightsabers. Modifications have been made to the Galvaning Circuit, causeing the energy envelope of the Laser bolt it fires to have odd fluctuations, making them difficult to halt or catch with Telekinesis. It also has a built in, cloned power gland from an Amphistaff, making it highly resistant to Lightsaber damage
  • Damage: Does high Damage, no matter it's setting
  • Silent Death: Firing sound is non-existent
  • Rechargeable: The Battery from a DC Recharging Commando Pistol ensures it never truly runs out of ammo
  • Clint Barton: Super Accurate. If you miss, it's not the bow that's wrong. It's you.
  • Modular: Comes in multiple Damage types, (Standard, Ion, Incendiary), and can be fitted with scopes. Any further modularity will require a new sub
WEAKNESSES
  • Fire rate: Five seconds between every shot to let the mechanism cool
  • Vanilla Range: About what you'd expect from an off the shelf blaster rifle
  • Recharge Speed: It takes thirty seconds to fully recharge. Also, the recharge process doesn't start until ammo is fully expended
  • Switch Time: Takes five seconds, for the internal circuits to switch the output to a new damage type
DESCRIPTION

This Energy Crossbow, developed by Maple Harte for the Black Knights, is meant to give them more ammo for their silent, Anti Jedi Weaponry. Officially called the Black Knight Laser Crossbow, it's high damage and silent nature, as well as the fact it's bolts are difficult to stop with telekinesis as well as difficult for Lightsabers to deflect are balanced by a very low fire rate, average range and the long recharge time for it's ammo. Only Maple, Laertia, and the Black Knights are allowed to own these weapons.

While stacking multiple templates atop each other is certainly creative, it's not how they're meant to be used. I cannot approve this submission in its current state, but I will list two (technically three) alternatives that would be approvable.
  • Split this submission into three submissions. You've already got the content. This is the easiest option.
    • If you opt to do this, you can of course link the other submissions in the 'set' under Primary Links.
  • Combine all three within one template. I can think of two ways of doing this.
    • One is keeping all their current ratings and listing which is which. I do not recommend this - it's messy as hell, but it is allowed.
    • The other, better option (in my humble opinion) is to use the ratings and strengths/weaknesses to show how they compare to other types of weaponry. (Example: High Damage, Low Rate of Fire. Strength: Example Weapons are more destructive than comparable blasters. Weakness: Example Weapons have a lower rate of fire than comparable blasters.)
This is also the case for your Black Knight Armour Set. I would suggest using the same option for both, but it's up to you.
