Rules Update Beyond the Void Mandate Rework

All, in consultation with staff and especially the Factory Admin we have released an updated version of the 'Beyond the Void' Mandate.

This makes it clearer what is supposed to happen and how it works.

The rules have been edited, but the text is included below.

17. Beyond The Void
"Nothing exists but atoms and the void." -Democritus
Strength: This Major Faction owns an artefact that can be activated in one of two ways during an Invasion or Annihilation. This artefact must be submitted to the Factory. If an artefact is destroyed, a replacement may be submitted to the Factory for approval. The submitted artefact must be approved by the Factory Admin before it can be used in a thread.

The artefact may be used in one of the following two ways:

• When activated, the artefact dampens the usage of the Force, nullifying it to negligible levels for all beings and items which use the Force..
• When activated, the artefact can dampen the usage of any announced technology as detailed within an approved Factory sub.

Neutral: While the artefact may be destroyed, it cannot be stolen by an opposing faction (as it requires the mandate to have it).
Weakness: The artefact can only be used while this Mandate is active.
Weakness: Excluding the artefact, all participants and equipment in the thread are affected in accordance with the Factory Submission.
