"Thank you Master." Aiden said with a smile as he listened to the further ingredients and he turned the faucet on and let the water run down the drain. He tested the water before as he let it run along his fingers and it felt somewhat cold, but perhaps a tad bit colder would've been better. He filled the glass up and he placed it in the chiller for a few moments, and while in there he would get the butter that was a small shade of blue. He placed the butter out to the side and he would give the water a few minutes to get a little bit colder. He would have time as he was cutting the jogan's into the appropriate size.
"Yes Master." Aiden spoke as the cutting board and knife were set aside. Aiden reached for the knife and began to cut the Jogans. Aiden was pretty well off when it came to multi-tasking or so he felt. "Master Solenne, if I may ask, where are you from." Aiden inquired as he glanced over to her, his hands working in complete tandem as he spoke. His curious nature wish to learn more about those that were in his life. While he tried not to push too much, however what better time to talk about things then when you were cooking delicious treats. She mentioned the Jogans from Lothal and he was quite please she said she would like them. Aside from the creation of his lightsaber, the jogan picking was something he was quite excited for.
The Jogan's had begun cooking as the sugar had been added to them appropriately after they had been cut down to proportionate size.
Aiden moved towards the chiller and retrieved the glass of water there as it was a good feeling of coldness now. He began to whisk the ingredients together, a good pace that he kept steadily throughout the process, the butter went in and he continued, however slowing up the whisking process. The Jedi Padawan then began to add the cold water to the mixture as it began to somewhat take shape almost. Exactly how she had described it. He couldn't help but chuckle, as it did look awful.
The next part seemed somewhat easy, as the dough was laid out and he patted it down as she instructed. With some flour residue getting on his apron, it didn't bother him in the slightest. He was used to getting his hands dirty, especially when he was younger. He and his twin were quite the rascals.
After the dough was set, Aiden washed and dried his hands as he reached for a clean film wrap and laid it gently on the table. He lifted the dough up gently and placed it on the film. The Padadwan pulled the film over and began to ensure edges and corner were wrapped and the area was sealed. It was then placed in the chiller as he glanced towards Solenne.
"You are a very good teacher, Master Solenne." Aiden said with a smile, while he knew they were just getting started.
