The ship wasnt ment for solo use it was ment to be in a fleet, because of its lack of heavy weaponry. This ship was made so that it could defend its fighters as well as alow the fighters to defend it. Thi ship does have reinforced doors that close to protect the hanger.

Hey Varloc! Battlecruisers are nice but we got one tiny problem.

I did the math and you are above one rating. Mind turning down one of the ratings or turn this into a Limited Production?

You are a minor faction still so you are under the combat ships section for Companies and Minor Factions. At that size, you have to be Production Limited. Please do so...which if you do that, it will make it also ratings balanced.
