Barnstorming

"There are holes in the lives of everybody, Sol. Someday yours will be filled and you'll be happier than you could think you are."

Her words didn't mean to imply anything other than what they meant. He would find full happiness sometime.

"What are you searching for?"

What made her ask that, she didn't know. Most people searched for something, like when they had met previously, she searched for an answer and clarity. Maybe she could help him in his search for whatever it was.

Tilting her head side slightly, Jairdain listened to the storm outside. The wind was dying down and would soon pass, the storm was almost over and they would again part ways. Turning her attention back to Sol, she chuckled at his words and plucked a little at her scarf.

"I will indeed pray to the gods of my people, Sol. And I think my love is going to need all of your prayers as well."

There was a crude joke in their somewhere with her comparing life to filling holes. Honestly, he didn't really feel unfulfilled in any way if there were holes in his life then that was where The Force flowed through, leading to him to where he needed to be.

"Nothing. Not all who wander are lost, not all who seek are searching. I go where The Force wills and in this I find purpose." Most who were searching for something usually did so for a purpose but his purpose was the search.

The wind dies and Sol opens his eyes. "I don't pray, but your love will be fine. That is what I think." It was time for him to go, let her return to finding her path while he continued down his. That was all he could do for it was all he wanted to do.

"But you said just a moment ago, you would pray for him."

There was a sense of peace over Jairdain now that the storm was passing and she had the opportunity to speak with Sol again. To give him thanks for helping her before. Inside, she knew he would be a good ally to have on her side if the need ever came up. She also could tell he would just magically be where he was needed and who knows, they may even meet up again some day.

Standing up, she would give him a respectful nod and if he allowed it, a brief hug.

"You're not going to be the one disappearing this time, Sol."

And with those words, she cloaked herself both within the Force and in the visual spectrum. Of course, when she opened the door of the barn, he would see her, but the message should be clear enough to him.

Until next time, Sol.

This was thought to him as the barn door closed behind her.
