Ballen-Ist's custom made armor was made to maximize mobility and protection in the midst of battle. The sleek black bodysuit is made up of Shell spider silk, which has great resistant to low-grade blaster fire and vibro-weaponry. The main defense of the suit are the phrik plates which are placed on choice areas, focusing on the abdomen and upper torso. The front and back of his torso are protected by thin plates of phrik, accompanied by a collar piece and shoulder pads.
Each of his forearms are also equipped with light bracers, small enough to not limit movement between his wrist and elbow. The Sith's thighs are also protected, with plates that almost extend to his kneecaps. An armorweave cape was also crafted, able to be attached to the back of the collar piece. It provides limited protection to Ballen-Ist's blindside, if he were to be ambushed or simply caught off guard.
DESCRIPTION
With the resources and connections of Holowan Laboratories, acquiring the resources for a custom-made set of armor was a lot easier than it would have normally been. The phrik needed for the plates of armor were the most difficult to acquire, requiring patience and a significant amount of credits as well. The exotic inclusion of Shell spider silk was no easy task either, for the creatures needed to be hunted down and captured in order to procure the silk that they produced. Last and most certainly least was the armorweave cape, which was not exactly hard to create with the assistance at Ballen-Ist's disposal. In the droid factory of Alabash, the phrik was refined and sculpted into armor pieces, ones that were lightweight but still capable of taking some punishment. The entire suit was fashioned after an armored uniform the Pureblood wore within The New Order, one that offered decent protection and a wide range of movement in combat. This suit does the same, sacrificing full-body protection in favor of agility.

Strengths:
- Phrik & Shell spider silk: The two materials used together in a set grants considerable protection for a light armor suit. While the silk is less durable than the armor plates, both are still able to absorb specific types of damage extremely well.
- Mobility: The suit only has metallic plates on choice body parts, in order to protect vital areas as well as prevent the wearer from having their movement restricted.
- Light Armor: Though the materials that compromise the suit are formidable, they are meant to only defend against glancing or long-range blows, and can only take a certain amount of damage before being rendered useless.
- Exposed: Several areas of the wearer are considerably more vulnerable than others. Though the phrik plates are capable of surviving a few lightsaber strikes, the rest of the Shell spider silk body suit are not as fortunate.
