Bad Habits

So, i've been sitting in the front page for awhile, and I've realized, I've developed a bit of a bad habit. I keep clicking the restart button, neglecting other actitivies. Occasionally, ill switch characters, to check if anyone else has been tagged or message. But overall, I find I spend hours just sitting on the frotn page hoping one of many numerous threads has been updated...Anyone else do that?

I usually have between 1-4 tabs open. The first sitting at the frontpage to see if anything pops up, the other two for creative purposes, and the last for general browsing of other characters, locations, RPs, etc.

It's good science and still one of the most effective interrupts for internet addiction.
