  • Model: B2-HAA Battle droid

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
  • Classification: Fourth Degree
  • Weight: 185kg
  • Height: 1.91m
  • Movement: Bipedal
  • Armaments: 2 Anti-Air Missle Launcher
  • Misc. Equipment: N/A
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • N/A
Strengths:
  • The droid is Now capable of shooting down troop transports and can manage to sustain heavy damage on Corvettes and Frigates that it needs to take down
  • The Droid's targeting computer, Processing Power, and Reaction time have all been upgraded like its predecessor to allow it to keep up with some of the more agile ships, and the Droid can now lock onto a ship and fire the missile at a target that is at a maximum of 6.75 Kilometers up instead of 4 Kilometers like the previous model.
  • This Unit can also be utilized as a last minute PDS System like its previous model on Capital Ships, by magnetizing their feet and moving to key defensive positions on the outside of the ship's hull
  • The Droid is capable of now holding 40 to 45 missiles, though this means that the missiles are smaller by 30% to allow the extra capabilities
Weaknesses:
  • This unit is unable to defend itself at close quarters, due to the lack of a proper arm like the previous model.
  • When the Unit runs out of Missiles, like its previous model, it will need to restock at an ammo depot, or just power down until it is at an allied depot. The Only exception to this is during PDS Capital Ship assignments, where the feet will act as the loading tubes from the ship to the droid.
  • If the unit is hit with a precise enough shot, it can cause the missiles inside of the droid to detonate prematurely, destroying the droid itself and anything else around it in a 35-foot radius, due to the extra missiles added in.
DESCRIPTION
This unit, like the B2-AA, was made to respond to the lackluster performance in the field of combat of Anti-Air vehicles and some Anti-Air Platforms. The Unit still does not have any arms, but now has two of the same AA Missile Launchers the B2-AA had only one of. It also has upgraded versions of the B2-AA's targeting systems, Processing Power, and Reaction Time, making it faster, quicker to react, and the range has increased. This Unit is mainly built to take down Troop Transports, and heavily Damage Frigate Class and Corvette Class Battleships, giving it more destructive capabilities on the battlefield. It shares the majority of the same problems as the B2-AA, the only difference being that the explosion caused by premature missile detonation is now 35 feet instead of 25.
