OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
SETTING INFORMATION

  • Space Station Name:

    Port Tiberius

  • Port Martok

  • Port Elim

  • Port Georgiou

[*]
Station Model: VCS XVII “Axanarhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/126785-axanar-type-trade-station/

[*]
Classification: Civilian Trade Station

[*]
Location:

[*]
Affiliation: Primo Victorian

  • Port Tiberius [Silver Jedi Order]

  • Port Martok [Mandalorian Empire]

  • Port Elim [The Sith Empire]

  • Port Georgiou [Confederacy of Independent Systems]

[*]
Population: Moderately Populated

[*]
Demographics: Mixture, dependent on location but for the most part each station seems to have a healthy mix of humans and aliens.

  • Port Tiberius [SJO], roughly even on the split between human and aliens the number changes daily due to the number of traders passing through.

  • Port Martok [ME], sees a slight increase in aliens over humans and again this number changes daily due to the number of traders passing through.

  • Port Elim [TSE], perhaps the most humanocentric station sees only half as many aliens coming through as opposed to the other four stations, these numbers rarely fluctuate.

  • Port Georgiou [CIS], is nearly the opposite of Port Elim and is more alien centric as it were and humans are the minority, and these numbers rarely fluctuate as well.

Overall, the stations average out a 56% human to 44% alien ratio, the types of humans and aliens coming through are harder to tell due to the number of travelers, and traders coming and going. However; rough estimates are as follows; Of the aliens, 4% Cathar, 6% Bothan, 5% Duros, 6% Ithorian, 4% Zabrak, 3% Trandoshan, 3% Rodian, 2% Weequay, 4% Twi'lek, 2% Nautolan, 4% Zeltron, 3% Other, comprised of Gand, Gamorrean, Bith, Nitko, Droids and other species. Of the human populations, this is harder to tell although some standouts are the Echani, Epicanthix, Thyrisian and Kiffar taking up at least eighteen percent total, those claiming Corellian, Commenori, Brentaalian, Hapan, and/or Coruscanti make up another twenty percent with another eighteen percent simply labeling themselves as human.

[*]
Accessibility: Public Access, each of the Axanar Stations are available for use by the nation/government [faction] that it is placed in. The stations are accessible via hyperspace route.

[*]
Description: At a glance you notice what appears to be a two-tiered structure of ‘flattened’ spheres with three disks a piece, and a pair of ‘space doors’ that allow for larger ships to dock within the structure. Dull in color, a typical Imperial-gray colour scheme is employed and you can spot on these disks [six in total] where smaller craft are to land and an extendable airlock would be out to greet each of them.

Rating: High

How to get around: Trams, lifts and small internal ‘boxcars’ allow the transport of personnel to and from various points within the station. Getting from level to level within a station, you may take a lift or the stairs. If you need to get from one end of the level to another take a tram. Need to get from section to section, take a ‘boxcar’ which is a small four person runabout that has a fare meter.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Axanar-type stations went through several phases of development, including the prototype Port Shenzou which has since been relocated, and transformed into Port Georgiou. The trade station started out as a need from Primo Victoria to shuffle product and supplies between sites. Eventually though, after going through prototype Shenzou, CEO Fiolette Yvarro decided to strip the station of any weapons and sit them within Primo Victorian-friendly governments.

These governments/nations would not only receive a free trade station, but would gain from the boost of commerce the station presented. While also leaving Primo Victoria to pay taxes on being in said national/government space, in exchange the Axanar-type stations are to be protected by these nations and/or governments. Once these agreements were in place, Fiolette could then begin to move, people, product and information around from corporate sites to these civilian sites. The express primary purpose of these stations are to enable trade and commerce within the system/sector that the station resides in.

Each station was constructed onsite which meant transporting parts from across the galaxy and making use of the Corporate Express hyperlane. Upon completion the trade stations would then rent out space to various vendors including but not limited to office and living space, recreational and warehouse space. Knowing that each station was not only going to be a focal point of commerce, Primo Victoria knew that it also had to ensure the safety and privacy of its denizens.

Customs Grade Holoscanners were embedded at each designated checkpoint/gate/entry and exit from inside the station. Metal detectors were also installed at those same locations. Blaster neutralizer devices were installed throughout the station bringing peace of mind that at least blasters would have issues within the station itself. A combination of keycards, lock codes, code cylinders and electronic deadbolts have been used to keep key areas restricted such as; engineering, certain corporate offices [to prevent corporate espionage], dock maintenance, traffic control, etcetera. Generally where the everyday civilian should not be is where you’ll find locks.

The Axanar stations are also embedded with various surveillance equipment throughout the station this is two fold, this is one to help keep the station secure but also to prevent any would-be attacks from the inside. Additionally, motion scanners and infrared scanners are embedded in the restricted areas as well as maintenance tunnels, shafts, garbage shafts/laundry chutes or any other small area where someone may try to infiltrate.

Incident Power Switch-Off was also included to help isolate certain areas when an incident does occur within the station. Enabling security and/or corporate troops a more efficient response time. Corporate Troops are rarely deployed and are typically kept to the corporate levels of the station and/or regulated to ship-bound inspections to those vessels who are either inbound or outbound from the Axanar stations. Magnetic locks would ensure the security of ships docked at the Axanar stations, and help regulate ship schedules in a timely manner making the job of traffic control just a bit easier.

Back inside the station, internal systems probe droids help ease the everyday corporate employee knowing that there is a droid there ready to help combat corporate espionage as well as privacy fields. These privacy fields are there to help keep business conversations private. Additionally, security droids are employed throughout the station as well. KX Series for example are a rare sight to see and are typically kept along side the corporate troopers. K4 Series however are more common to see and are more in use, and they are seen beside the security forces which also roam the station halls.

Typically, as part of the aforementioned agreement they are responsible for the protection. While Primo Victoria does its best to keep up with high security and employ its own forces. These forces are relatively small in comparison to say the Sith Empire. Thus one Axanar may have an increased security versus another due to this agreement.

I need you to be a little bit specific regarding humanoid and alien species. Are there more humans than Rodians, Trandoshans, etc? Add a percentage of the species present, if you can.
