GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organization Name: Avulsuna (Apostles)
  • Classification: Dark Side Cult (Non-Force Sensitive)
  • Affiliation: The Kainate
  • Organization Symbol: The most ubiquitous symbol of the Avulsuna is ostensibly the same as their master's, that of the Eye of Solomon. The Eye of Solomon is a great lidless eye that was taken for the Zambrano family's personal sigil during the reign of Solomon the Black, several centuries before the current era. The Avulsuna wear this Eye in many ways, from tattoos that can only be seen when exposed to certain electromagnetic radiation, to metal trinkets kept hidden in secret shrines, to art that when arrayed in a specific manner revealed the Eye.
  • Description: Avulsuna was the name ascribed to the non-Sith followers of the Darth Carnifex and His dark family, those who deeply coveted and venerated the dark power they commanded but were incapable of wielding it themselves. These individuals were drawn from all walks of life, from every stratum of society, and were not isolated to any single species or gender. Where the insidious power of the Zambranos cast its shadow, it ensnared those harboring such darkness in their hearts; those downtrodden by society, those seeking greater power, those bored with the status quo, and those who simply wish for death and violence.

By their very nature, the Avulsuna were widespread across the galaxy. Quite a few had perfectly assimilated into the many intergalactic governments that sprung up following prior periods of Sith rule, with most of these individuals even becoming part of the new ruling structure as politicians, military officers, and law enforcement. These were the most dangerous, as they could use their accrued authority and influence to subtly shift their surroundings towards the accomplishment of their dark master's goals. Conspiracy and corruption followed them in their wake, with any attempts to supplant their authority co-opted or silenced with the tools of the governments they were ostensibly part of.

It would be a mistake to assume that all Avulsuna were ingratiated into enemy governments, just as many devotees were members of petty gangs, crime syndicates, trade conglomerates, mining corporations, or otherwise led plain civilian lives. Whatever their background, whatever their station in the galaxy, they were united through their shared, albeit secret, allegiance to the Dark Lords of the Kainate.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Malsheem
  • Domain: The Avulsuna are spread widely throughout the galaxy, ingratiated within nearly every level of galactic society from the wealthiest trade-baron to the lowliest beggar. It is impossible to truly know just how far their reach extends, as only the Dark Lord of the Sith knows the truth, and these are but a few some of their centers of power.
    • Deep Core
      • Byss
        • Moridin's Citadel: Though the keep of the Dark Lord Moridin had fallen into disrepair, and even been damaged during recent conflicts, the Avulsuna still haunt its labyrinthine halls and cellars. They hide in shadow, forever vigilant of the watchful light above, digging deep below the Citadel's crypts to carve out their lairs; worming into the surrounding countryside and poisoning the land with their blight.
      • Khomm
        • Mmos Lake: During the reign of the One Sith, a facility was constructed beneath Mmos Lake to further genetic research by harnessing the cloning technology of the native Khommites. Though it has been decades since the Sith ruled the Deep Core, the location of the facility remained a closely guarded secret.
      • Prakith
        • Ossuary of the One Sith: Built beneath the fading ruins of the One Sith Citadel, the Ossuary was hidden from knowledge to all but the inner circle of the former Dark Lord, Darth Sortis. In the years since the fall of the One Sith, the Ossuary was overseen by the Maelibus Darth Shara. Since his reactivation by Darth Carnifex, the Ossuary had been given control to the Avulsuna that inhabit it.

  • Hierarchy:
    • Voice: The Voice of the Avulsuna was filled by none other than the Dark Lord's physical Avatar, the embodiment of His Dark Side Spirit given flesh and blood. It was through the Voice that the Heart was given revelations.
    • Heart: Also known as the High Priest, the Heart was the chief spiritual leader of the Avulsuna, and was chosen by the Voice to serve as the deliverer of His word. Like all members of the Avulsuna, the Heart did not possess the ability to use the Force in any capacity. To compensate for this inferiority, the Heart was tutored on the intricacies of the Force and the Dark Side so that they may disseminate these teachings to the lower echelons of the Avulsuna.
      • Eye: Serving at the direct pleasure of the Heart was the Eye, the one who was tasked with monitoring the members of the Avulsuna and reporting back on what they say and do. It was the Eye who uncovered apostasy within the Avulsuna wherever it reared its head, but it was the Hand that took action.
      • Hand: To excise apostates within the Avulsuna required discipline and ruthlessness, and the Hand carried both in spades. Tasked with uprooting those who went against the teachings of the Heart, the Hand was uniquely equipped to mete out punishment upon all the Eye deemed heretical.
    • Blood: The clergy and laymen of the Avulsuna were known as Blood. These individuals made up the majority of the Avulsuna's ranks, and were not bound by an overarching hierarchy other than following the Heart and the Voice. Each congregation of the Avulsuna would maintain their own internal hierarchies, often built upon local or ancient Sith traditions. Each Blood congregation was led by a single individual, typically the most cunning and ruthless Blood. Violence between and within congregations was not uncommon, as the Avulsuna practiced an intense form of kratocracy in accordance with the dictates of the Voice.
  • Membership: Hundreds, if not thousands, of species were members of the Avulsuna. The composition of any individual Avulsuna congregation often came down to the planet or system that congregation was based on, with member demographics often varying wildly from system to system. To become a member of the Avulsuna was actually quite an easy process, as the congregations often invited or abducted prospective members and brought them to their chosen lair. Once brought into the Avulsuna's borough, the new member would be inspected and briefly interrogated before being subjected to the Ingesting. At this stage, the prospective apostle would be forced to drink a bowl of black liquid, a concoction synthesized from the blood of the Voice Himself. This mixture would act in a manner similar to Sith Poison once inside their body, transforming into a symbiotic entity that fused with their internal organs and weakened their resistance to the Dark Side of the Force and the influence of the Avulsuna.

'Many kings and CEOs worship me as a God' might be stretching plausibility a little lol. Tone it down a tad and it's a stamp from me.
