I'm looking for someone to lend a hand. 
Avatar: I would like the following picture re-sized and a border placed around it. I would like the theme of the border to be red and black.

Now for the biggest thing, the signature.
Signature: I would like it with the same border as the profile picture. I would like it to show the picture on one side and then transition to the gif on the other half. I want the transition to look neat. I would also like the quote "Battle is in my blood" placed on the signature.
