Avatar and Post Divider

Hey there, artists of Chaos! I would normally be making these each on my own, but my computer with my digital editor has died for the moment, so I am seeking some help.

For the Avatar, I'm looking to do it of the face of this fellow with a sort of rocky / stony / organic border.

For the post divider. I'm looking something bluish, specifically BBCode #4682B4 / "steelblue". As for design, I'm visualizing something aquatic or "flowy" if that makes sense? Thanks in advance!
