- Free Will is but a Lie. - The Hypno Neural Microchip was conceived by using the most intriguing circuits and connections its creators could ever conceive, at first it was designed with the sole purpose of being added to android units, however, its learning capabilities proved that the microchip not only could be remotely controlled but also could be deviously adapted into merging to the victim's neural tissue, passing by most scanners as nothing more than a cerebral anomaly.
- Limitless Potential - Capable of receiving any sort of given order by its remote controls, and as assured by its creators the signal delay can be quite substantial, spawning in a matter of seconds to hours, even if the unit is found on the other side of the known galaxy. As tested by them, infected units can be commanded into committing even the most atrocious acts of violence such as turning themselves against their loved ones.

WEAKNESSES
- Please Don't Slice Me - Due to its greater learning abilities, alongside its massive storage rooms, the Hypno's lack proper firewall defense against the sticky hackers that fill the galaxy and can be susceptible to being sliced by hacking the mainframe where this unit is connected to.
- EMP Errors - Despite being able to withstand a tremendous amount of electric damage, the unit is susceptible to short-circuits and internal failure. If struck with enough damage, the neural microchip can short-circuit into accidentally deactivating itself safely, or into releasing a possibly deadly electrical charge of electric damage into the victim's neural tissue.
Constructed by Automatron, a company owned by the major CHOAM, the massive conglomerate owned by the Neuve Royeaux, the nine noblest families in control of the elzeri monarchy. Its creation was done so with the intent of fitting the minds of android units during the days of the Clone Wars as part of the elzeri initiative of joining as one with the Confederacy, as they abandoned that plan in favor of the Galactic Republic, Automatron hide their project and sold them in secret to the Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, that was secretly known as Darth Sidious.
Its use on the Elzeri species, and subspecies was banned by the Neuve Royeaux under the pain of death, or worse. However, they did sell the micro-unit on large scale to their own kin as they still use it to this day, as they are implanted on the brains of many non-sentient species of not their homeworld but also their colonies, rendering wildlife under their complete control.
