GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organization Name: Aurora facilities
  • Classification: Clone workforce
  • Affiliation: Arsenae
  • Organization Symbol:

  • Description: Aurora facilities originally started out as a medical supply organization but shifted to cloning when the workforce on Arsenae began to struggle under the rapidly increasing expansion. Now Aurora facilities creates, educates and supply a large workforce of clones to fill the needs of many employers. The majority of these clones are sent to do jobs that many non clone workers won't do, such as mining in hazardous conditions or external ship repairs in deep space. What sets these clones apart from other clones is that they're a paid workforce, the vast majority making the same wages as non clones or more depending on the position they hold.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Lesea
  • Domain: Aurora facilities has no true claim over part of the city of Lesea. Most of their work is kept to themselves or their employers. The civilians of Lesea aren't bothered by the facility and pay it little attention.
  • Notable Assets: Aurora facilities has no notable assets other then the facility they operate out of.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy:
    • Manager (non clone)
    • Supervisor
    • Crew chief
    • Worker
  • Membership: As a non clone worker, one must have a degree in biology and pass a rigorous exam based on advanced genetics, biology and anatomy. For a cloned worker, one doesn't sign up or undergo a ritual. Rather their created in the cloning facility. Because of the slow growth rate of the clones, their number in Aurora facilities is just under one thousand workers. The number of actual non clone workers numbers just under fifty.
  • Climate: The workplace climate depends on the location. Working inside the actual Aurora facility is a nearly stress free environment with little to cause any harm. Other locations can range from safe, such as loading crews on ships, or hazardous such as the case of miners.
  • Reputation: The vast majority of outsiders, non clones, hold very little distrust in the organization. While they don't praise it, many see it as a necessity for a current, and possible extending problem.
  • Curios: The only real symbol carried by members of Aurora facilities is the organizations logo, which can be found on uniforms or equipment. Every clone carries an I.D. badge with their number, job and rank.
  • Rules: Workers and clones of Aurora facilities follow the standard rules of whatever planet or colony they are sent to. The clones themselves have a genetically ingrained order to follow the rules of not only where they're sent, but also of whoever is in charge of them.
  • Goals: The goal of Aurora facilities is simple, provide workers for employers in facilities owned by the Arsenians.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
When the people of Arsenae first set foot into the galaxy as a whole, employment wasn't much of an issue. The work they did for the first decade or so was either on their planet or within system. As they started to rapidly grow and expand outward away from their home system they ran into a problem, employment. The planet of Arsenae has a small population of roughly five hundred million, a little over half are in the workforce. This caused some problems when trying to expand enough to keep up with the rest of the galaxy.

A solution to this problem was answered in the form of cloning. Some were skeptical at first but the project was put forward regardless as an early solution to the problem. Every clone stood at 1.7 meters with an athletic build, red hair and green eyes. These clones had slight genetic improvements to give them a slight increase in endurance and strength. Every clone also recieved training in many different fields, specifically the roles they were created for. This training ranged from piloting ships to mining equipment all the way to scanners for ship repairs. Before training started, every clone was given a serum to slow down their aging to normal Arsenian levels in order to keep them in the workforce longer. The first batch of clones provided to be a success, they not only filled the much needed vacancies in the workforce but also performed their tasks better than droids. What did set they clones apart from others was the fact that they received regular pay, along with regular health and safety checks.
