Shooting around cover can be difficult. Well at least it was, however not anymore with the new Augmented Shooting Tool because using System or Sight would of been inappropriate. This sight is used for the operator in a tight pinch, for situations such as shooting around cover or scanning areas without exposing any vital areas. The AST is easy to use and hard to destroy. Simply mount the sight to the weapon of your choice, sight it in for the specific weapon's range and the holocam and projector will go to work when you need it to. Directions are very simple and easy, when in cover press activate switch on the side of the sight and the image the camera picks up will appear on either the left or right side depending on the shooting hand of the user. Images can be shown in either infrared imaging or standard, so the weapon can be used during both day and night.

Civilian models of the Augmented Shooting System come with the standard screen and camera that simply show the camera's feed, with or without crosshairs on the feed, it can be toggled on or off. Military models come with a holo touch pad on the screen that can be used to highlight enemy targets on the feed by using their IFF tags, the sight can be linked to the users HUD to help this process. Targets marked will show up as small red diamonds however the user can program and customize their own mark for their own personal taste.

The ATS has an attachable RTR sight that let's it's user have options when it comes to shooting, it's a standard red dot sight and also has to be sighted in if the user wishes to attach and use properly.

This amazing system also has flaws, it is a electronic piece of equipment and is prone to ion and EMP attacks. While you can drop it and be rough with it the sight has no defense against these sorts of attacks. It can also make lighter weapons a bit clunky and unruly such as pistols and smaller sub machine guns. The sight is best used on assault rifles and medium sized sub machine guns. It has about a range of five hundred and fifty meters that can be
zoomed in and out, anything beyond that will not show up clearly or focused. This sight can not be used on sniper rifles as it does not posses the necessary range, and while it is easy to use it takes a serious programmer to get into and customize their own layout and highlight targets with custom emblems and markers. If the sight becomes damaged during combat, do not bother repairing it. Simply buy a new one as it is almost impossible to repair once broken

Strengths
•Shoot around cover
•Thermal imaging
•Highlight targets (military version)

Weaknesses
•Can make weapons unruly
•No defense against ion or EMPs
•Difficult to customize
•Difficult to repair
