DESCRIPTION
Designed as a musical instrument of the Atrisian people. It is more a cultural thing. ABle to be played but usually used for storytelling purposes in their celebrations. The highly trained nobles, artisan's and concubines who are taught to use it are numerous. THe ones who mater it rare and sought after for their talents. THe instrument is mostly.... for show and since the destruction on Atrisia has fallen out of use except by the few who have survived to use it. Favoring new galactic instruments or music. With Shoma Ike Shoma Ike being named the emperors heir apparent the use has come back somewhat. Traditonal values and needs to rebuild Atrisia have been getting pushed along with a return to making the planet and its colonies strong once again. Works that have been going itno it and improving many aspects within the Jishi era has seen the biwe style instruments getting touched up every now and then. Improved designs and classical looks... strings and purpses for those who study and use them in the academies to teach meorization and how to gain, retain and keep muscle memory.
