- The Astartes-IV is incredibly modular, it can be adapted to use most forms of ammunition and energy cells in combination, or fire un-charged ammunition if cells are in low supply but for less damage.

- Close Quarters Master: The mechanics behind the weapons are specialized for the cramped caves and passageways of Dronto ol Frero as well as use inside structures and starships.
