- This military base is completely isolated form society, located at the southern pole of the planet of Lujo, thousands of miles from the nearest city. It is difficult to find as most of the base is hidden underground as well as underneath the ocean, with only the smallest outcropping of military structures visible. This makes it appear more like a small outpost instead of the massive army base that it actually is. It is heavily guarded by the Lujian Forces as it is their headquarters, and it is not open to any visitors unless given express permission from either the Lujian Government or Kobitana Industries.
- Description:
- At a glance, it would appear very unassuming and quaint, more like a small communication outpost than a massive military complex. There are multiple landing pads available for shuttles and moderately-sized aircraft, as well as satellites, Anti-air turrets, and other standard-looking military buildings. The true scale of the compound is only discovered if someone is allowed to take the large elevator down into the depths of the earth, revealing absolutely massive hangar bays filled with frigates, cruisers, battleships, destroyers, gunships, and more. These hangars are located deep within the ocean, and when it's time to launch the fleet, massive water jets pump trillions of pounds of ocean water into the hangers, quickly filling them full of water. Then the massive hangar bay doors open and the fleets emerge from the bottom of the ocean floor and up into the atmosphere. There is also a large military barracks, as well as extensive training facilities and a massive armory and fuel depot.

- Underwater Fleet Hangars. These hangars are located deep within the ocean, and when it's time to launch the fleet, massive water jets pump trillions of pounds of ocean water into the hangers, quickly filling them full of water. Then the massive hangar bay doors open and the fleet emerged up from the bottom of the ocean floor and up into the atmosphere.
- Underwater Starfighter docking rings. The starfighters attach to docking rings, allowing for pilots to quickly enter the craft, seal the ring, and detach all while the ship is underwater. This allows for squadrons to respond quickly to immediate threats without using the underwater hangars.
- Underground Barracks & Training Facilities. There is a large barracks hidden underground with a hidden tunnel system allowing for them to exit the compound from various undisclosed locations, undiscoverable from the outside.
- Massive Armory. There is a massive underground armory for the army as well as the fleet. This armory is located in-between the barracks and the hangars, with isolated and secure sections for the Army and the Navy respectfully.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After the defeat of Coruscant by the Brotherhood of the Maw, Tiresh Kobitana, the Senator of Lujo, gathered the houses and the High Patriarch of the Ashmaarians together to discuss how they could best take steps to protect their planet and way of life form any such attacks. It was decided that they would develop their own planetary fleet and armed forces, calling it the Lujian Forces. Tiresh brought in her business partner and father, Marovik Kobitana, to help them develop the Lujian forces with their exclusive company, Kobitana Industries, as well as with the financial backing of the Kobitana Foundation and a new lucrative venture by the planet of Lujo to humanly harvest Ashmaarian Pearls from the indigenous species. They also took advantage of the Galactic Alliances offer for financial aid to planetary systems. And so the Lujian Forces began to be developed quickly.
The High Patriarch of the Ashmaarians insisted that a majority of the armed forces be made up of members of his own species, ensuring that they would truly carry and represent the values of the Ashmarrians and of Lujo. And so it was agreed to, meaning that most of the Lujian Forces are ethnically Ashmaarian, while those who are not are active residents of Lujo by requirement. While primarily intended for the defense of Lujo, the Lujian Forces are also called upon to come to the aid of other systems within the Galactic Alliance.
Construction of Ashmaar Alpha began immediately, with the growing fleet and army needing a headquarters to operate out of. A very remote location was chosen, as the Ashmaarians desired for the footprint to be as small as possible, desiring to honor the land and to not build something that would be too unsightly. Therefore a plan was put in motion to build the massive base underground, with large hangars under the ocean, so as to keep the visibility very low. Tiresh Kobitana was also in favor of this, as she desired to draw as little attention as possible to Lujo from allies or enemies.
