STRENGTHS
- Versatile: The UN-S4 naval uniform has a variety of functions aid its wearer. Made from insulated Duramesh that help protect against blaster bolts and proved safety from open space for up to two hours. All come stranded with Lk-hermes communication systems, and Magno-grip boots and Magna-gloves to aid in movement for when the vessel loses artificial gravity. Medical personnel have built in Bioscanners to aid in quick medical analysis.
- No direct conbat: As versatile as the uniform is, it was not designed for direct combat. While the uniform can take a hit from small blasters and low impacts caused by kinetic weapons or explosives, it should never be worn in direct conflict unless absolutely necessary.
When the Arsenian finally began to build a real spacefaring navy, they found that their standard military uniforms would not due. The UN-S4 naval uniform became the standard for all naval uniforms throughout the Arsenian navy. The uniform itself was broken in four variants depending on job.
- Standard uniform: (X)(X) The most common uniform seen on any vessel, making up the vast majority of all uniforms used. Ranks and jobs are displayed clearly on both shoulders. All standard uniforms are made of Duramesh and have all the standard features such as Lk-hermes communications, Magno-grip boots and Magna-gloves.
- Medical uniforms: (X) These red and white uniforms are worn by medical personnel and have all the same features as the standard uniforms. Unlike the standard uniforms, medical ones contain a small built in bioscanner.
- Mechanics/engineer uniforms: (X) This uniform is worn by both mechanics and engineers, whil mechanics wear yellow on their jackets and engineers wear green. These uniforms have all the standard features but have slightly thicker insulation to protect them from hazards such as shock, chemicals and burns.
- Spec ops: (X) The least common of all uniforms, worn by special operations units. These uniforms have a heavier Duramesh layer for better protection, along with all standard features.
