Following his ascension to the throne of Ailara, Darth Acharon decided the time had come for him to have armor more befitting his new position in life, even though it was a rather small improvement by galactic standards. using the wealth and resources of the Empire of Ailara, Darth Acharon forged for himself his new armor, under the guidance of Sith Forge Masters brought in to supervise the finals stages of production. Built to accommodate his current preferred style of fighting, and laying the ground work for future improvements as the resources become available.

- Lightsaber Resistance: The Neuranium coating on the outside of the armor provides excellent protection against lightsabers, and the Ultrachrome layer beneath offers further protection should the coating be worn away from repeated strikes.
- Maneuverability: When Darth Acharon originally designed his armor, he decided that above all else he needed to ensure his highly mobile and aggressive style of combat would not be hindered by his new armor. To allow for this, his new armor is designed to work in layers over specific areas of high risk to enemy strikes, while avoiding hindering any mobility.
- Laminanium: With the addition of Laminanium to the armor, Acharon is able to have his armor repair itself when damaged to certain degrees.
- Maneuverability: To accommodate his mobile form of combat, openings had to be left in the armor where Acharon is only protected by the thermal gel and body glove he wears beneath the armor. Precise strikes from an opponent into these openings will circumvent the armors protection entirely.
- Ion/EMP: Given added technological components of the armor, it faces the risk of losing partial functionality if hit repeatedly by ion based weaponry.
- Elemental: As the armor is not fully enclosed, Acharon faces the risk of elemental based weaponry.
