A fittingly rough and tumble CST design, the Arkonok-class Patrol Courier is a multirole hull designed to function as both a courier vessel and a patrol craft. Unlike the earlier Kessel-class Armed Courier, the Arkonok-class is designed with no weapons in the base model, instead having 4 weapons mounts that owners can use to equipt the roughed frame as needed. Coming with a durable spaceframe and hull, and powerful sublight drives; the two constants with all Arkonok-class vessels is they can take a hit and are surprising agile for their size. These features make them a nice vessel for Outer Rim operations and patrol boat missions.
While they are effective craft, the Arkonok-class isn't without its drawbacks. Cargo and living space aboard is limited, and the larger size of these ships means they aren't the most space effect craft to operate from carriers in a patrol capacity. Along with this, the highly modular design is both it's greatest strength, and it's biggest weakness. The mounts themselves are weak points, and can be more easily damaged than standard, hard mounted systems.
