DESCRIPTION
Arbitrage Capital is a wealth management firm specialising in high-end investments and establishing bespoke financial arrangements for clients seeking discretion in the management of their funds.

A small yet highly experienced team of advisors work with each client to understand their needs and then establish and maintain financial structures to help their achieve their goals. The clients actual goals are not the concern of Arbitrage Capital, be they legal, illegal, or more commonly the grey area in between. Company policy is not to ask or concern oneself with the particulars of clients, so long as the bills are paid.

Arbitrage Capital accepts all clients whose accounts meet a minimum threshold, currently 50 million credits. While they are based in Sith controlled space, the company is happy to deal with clients from all across the galaxy once appropriate waivers and terms of service have been signed. Clients from outside the Sith Empire tend to find it easier to operate under a pseudonym or through an intermediary.

RATIONALE
Aerarii Tithe established Arbitrage Capital around 836ABY on his home planet of Aargau after fleeing the collapsing Old Sith Empire, and followed the traditional practice of his people in naming the company after financial terminology. Unlike other financial advisors, Aerarii focused on the quality rather than the quantity of his client base, working hard to take on high wealth individuals and demonstrate that he could offer the discretion they valued when it came to protecting and growing their wealth.

As their clientele grew, so did the need to branch into other avenues of planning. While clients started out wanting to establish trusts and funds to hide their credits and avoid taxes, they also sought advice on company merges, stock trades, and corporate tax advice. Aerarii carefully built up a small team around him, their expertise in handling these matters matched only by the commitment to the privacy of the accounts they managed.

Following his return to The Sith Empire in 850ABY, Aerarii officially stood down as CEO and chairman of the board and divested his interested in Arbitrage Capital to avoid any conflicts of interest in his new position within the Sith-Imperial Banking Clan. Unofficially, many suspect he secretly wields power over the board from the shadows, using his insider knowledge the grow the wealth of Arbitrage Capital’s clients, of which he is believed to remain under a pseudonym.
