Anyone Know Photoshop Magic?

I need help changing the hair color and eye color of an image. If anyone can help, i'm trying to change this characters hair to black and the eyes to a smoldering red like the coals in a fresh fire. So if anyone can help out with that or add some fiery effects i'd really appreciate it ^^
