Seren Gwyn
White Star
Seren raised an eyebrow at Dante's rather ominous assessment of what might happen if Varin broke her heart. She couldn't help smiling, however, appreciating the protective sentiment behind his words. "I suspect Varin would find your warning rather entertaining, little brother. But I appreciate the concern."
She took another bite of her meal before considering his question about Malachor. "Actually, I settled there before the Mandalorians took control. At the time, a small Sith movement called the Dark Court ruled the planet. I found a system of caves away from their activities and gradually turned it into my home."
Her expression warmed as she thought of Obsidian Hollow. "It's secluded, protected by wards, and spacious enough for my research. I wouldn't call it a hideout, though I suppose it serves that purpose well. The Mandalorian presence hasn't given me much reason to change my arrangements."
She smiled across the table. "Besides, I've grown rather attached to the place. It's the first home I've made entirely for myself, and I have no intention of abandoning it simply because someone else claims authority over the planet."
