  The illegitimate child of a major Jelucan aristocrat, Anodyne has lived her life under the perpetual scrutiny of a royal upbringing and more, all the while constantly reminded that she would never attain its greatest perks.
  
  With any and all ambitions squashed from birth, Anodyne lived a listless youth, seeking but failing to capture a greater purpose. Perhaps out of a long-lingering sense of guilt for the girl (and no small amount of convenient necessity), her father eventually offered her that purpose. Though she could not inherit a title like her siblings, she could serve the aristocracy in another way: as the Jelucan ambassador to the Galactic Alliance.
  
  With Sith influence creeping on their doorstep, the Jelucans desired to forge a relationship with the Core republic that might serve as a deterrent. Having Anodyne take that role would hypothetically resolve two problems at once.
  
  Despite her suspicion of the offer, Anodyne hesitated little in accepting it. Sink or swim, this was the best chance she ever had at finally forging her own path.

  Politicians - Anodyne is the Jelucan Ambassador to the Galactic Alliance. She often mingles with fellow Ambassadors, Senators, and other political figures.
  
  Aristocrats - Anodyne is the illegitimate daughter of a prominent Jelucan noble house. Despite her inability to retain a title, she still likes to connect with other nobles (and look down on the peasantry).
  
  Force-Sensitives - The threat of the Sith along Jelucan's borders is Anodyne's primary motivator. Lightsiders may seek to assist, and Darksiders may seek to undermine.
  
  Troublemakers - Anodyne likes doing things she's not supposed to. Similarly minded folk might get a kick out of her desire for antics both mundane and dangerous.
