And on the way then came..... trouble or adventure.

Exiled Count of House Teraan (Alderaan)
And so it was after a short absence from his duties due to having attended to the family . Andulf had eventually found himself back working the diplomatic and business agenda as was part of his duty. As appointed Ambassador by the House Organa of the Coalition....he had been making the rounds of some the nearby system when his ship had come under attack. By space pirates which force his ship to make an emergency landing on a nearby planet. But not before sending out a distress signal requesting assistance.

With that said the ship landed just outside what appeared to be the outskirts of some small town. From which they decided to hide out while they waited for reinforcement or maybe someway to repair the ship.

Tamith wasn’t here to stay, she had onl jumped into the system to plot a new path to her destination. Her computer chirped and she pressed the button with a furrowed brow ready for anything. Her crew was at work or relaxing. CJ was teaching Asha how to play sabacc and cheating up a storm. Zekkis was just behind her locked into the guns, to say he was a bit paranoid was an understatement but Tamith was happy he was ready for battle. Tek and R9 were plugging away at the navicomputer plotting their course out of here. She heard the beacon and took a hard turn cursing briefly in huttese.

There were ships about and some signs of a battle. She danced through the debris and headed planetside. No doubt the pursuers would hear the beacon and be searching as well. At this moment she saw no immediate threats so she danced through the debris and landed in a nearby field. She had seen the nearby wreck but that was not what she was concerned with. She ordered Tek and CJ to go to the downed ship and see what would be needed to make it flyable. Zekkis was to stay with the ship to protect the Empress while R9 plotted them a course out of here. Asha was on the comms sending out a warning to pursing vessels that the remnants had been claimed by Tamith-Kes of Dathomir.

She quickly painted herself in blue war paint and set out to find the survivors and see if she could scare the raiders off. She wasn’t necessarily looking for a fight but she wasn’t backing down either. She made no effort to hide as she walked into the town, he force pike ready in hand. Her bright red hair was tied in large braids which hung over her green scale armor. Her bright green eyes danced around looking for possible ambushes. She called out in her loud and husky voice once she reached the center of the town.

“I am Tamith-Kes of Dathomir, I have come to offer assistance. If you are here with ill intent leave now and you will not be harmed. Stay… and die.”

It was then in the middle of finishing what he figured to be nothing less than a milk run for the Silvers. Of Pick up and dropping off supplies to one their supporting outpost. That he cut the engine in order to enter in the new coordinate that would drop him from one space lane and hop onto another when. From out of the blue, his com pick up what seems to be a distress call which from the looks of it is that it was encoded with a secondary message under the usual standard one. That it peek his interest and so dropping his earlier plan he then shifts gears to then instead check it out.

Entering to punch in the new coordinates he then slowly began to shift his ship to a new trajectory before punching in the hyperdrive towards the new location.

It was then once the ship had been safely landed that Ja'rrod the captain of the house guards who was accompanying Andulf. Set out to first make sure the site was secure before allowing Andulf to step out. Being that with the bit of damage that the ship took that affected the ships life support system. He decided to step out a bit to get some fresh air. Though before he did Ja'rrod had made sure to conceal his identity by change into some nondistinct civilian clothing as being that they were unsure of the planet of which they landed on affiliation. At any rate, it seems no sooner had they did exit the ship that another came to apparently land not too far from them. Just as two from his ship crew excited to assess the damage and from the distance a voice could be heard seem to address to speak them and whoever was around.

“I am Tamith-Kes of Dathomir, I have come to offer assistance. If you are here with ill intent leave now and you will not be harmed. Stay… and die.”

To which sticking to protocol Ja'rrod advise that he stand down and let him confront the new arrival. In which case he not wanting to look weak in front of his men declined and instead side by side they then come meet up with the stranger. Faceoff to stop shy of a few feet from them he replied back.

" Ver well Tamith-Kes of Dathomir we accept your assistance that if that indeed is your intent....we have no quarrel nor mean any harm to anyone here that wish us no harm ."

She was approached and she made no threatening gesture but stayed guarded. When the man spoke she listened. He said he meant no harm and for the moment she was inclined to believe him. She stayed as far from him as they were but spoke again in that husky voice of hers.

“Your ship is damaged, the attackers will be looking for you. I have sent my first officer to your ship to assess the damage. If you cannot fight I would ask that you go to the Empress where my gunner can cover you. However if you can defend yourself we will make our stand here.”

She was prepared for anything, she lived for battle and it never crossed her mind to leave these people. She moved closer to the man and offered her hand. Would the scum face her face to face or would they try to snipe her from the distance. She despised blasters, they were the weapons of cowards.

“It is most likely they will come from the north that is the highest elevation and the best place for an assault.”

It was then despite his guards better judgment Andulf stood and address the stranger. At which stage as the two covers and apparently mirror the other in making sure to be mindful show no aggression towards the other. As is keep to the underlying silent accord or tone he had hope set out in the beginning. Though for the most part, he did his best keep this tone neutral and his true identity under wraps as long or best he could. But then from the sideline, a secondary individual came forth make a move towards their location. That for a moment made one his guards somewhat uneasy that he'd almost seem to grip his blaster a tad bit too tight.

“Your ship is damaged, the attackers will be looking for you. I have sent my first officer to your ship to assess the damage. If you cannot fight I would ask that you go to the Empress where my gunner can cover you. However, if you can defend yourself we will make our stand here.”

At which time he then silently notion for him stand his ground just as the stranger continued to speak and inform him of the intention. At which time weigh his option and the situation they were in that he then draw to play his next card by speaking.

"I see, it seemed this incident is far worse than we initially anticipated and your fare warning is duly noted. Very well...."

He pauses to wave over and direct her first officer to follow behind one his men inside the ship while a second escorted him to cover his flank. Leaving three of the house guards behind to guard him thought one them slightly wince in pain. As he tried hard to keep himself steady and stand his ground behind him. Whom he then with a nod notion to then stand down as he stood up approach meet her face to face.

" I do apologize if we seem a bit unwelcoming or unappreciative of the assistance at first. But as you can tell we're neither familiar nor of these parts. And I would guess it is only fair that we conclude the introduction seeing as you've given us your name. Names Andulf of Alderaan and these are my men.....we have some armaments and most know enough to handle themselves in a fight.

And we were about try set up a perimeter defense to wait things out till we could attend to the necessary repairs. But then again we have some wounded in the crash and would be most appreciated if you could harbor them for safe keeping till the fight concludes. Thought at this point we may be at some disadvantage as much we want to make our stand we are unfamiliar with the terrain and do not wish to bring harm to any unfortunate civilians in the area. Would you be will to impart some suggestion in regards to where the enemy might originate?."

At which time she then came forth to reply just as two the more injured men from his ship are slowly escorted off to safety.

“It is most likely they will come from the north that is the highest elevation and the best place for an assault.”

Which with a nod, he replies.

" I see well then guess will have to move and adjust accordingly....at any rate, seem we have to prepare."

As by then from the background, the crowd seem to stir as from the opposite direction raiders soon came to slowly advance. Seem somewhat unaware of the change in the situation. And seem blindly confident that the odds were in their favor after shooting down what they assumed been another easy target.

“Andulf, it will be a pleasure to fight at your side.”

She saw the raiders coming and she took a step forward. Her grip on her foce pike tightened and her body tensed beside him. She was well aware that she was bringing a stick to a gunfight but she felt alive with it in her hands. She waited for them to close some distance. Her new friends would provide her a measure of cover.

Her eyes darted from target to target.. She dashed into the field with a look of concentration and rage on her face. To attack the weak was an act of cowardice. Tamith preferred to engage an enemy at their strongest so when she was victorious it would not be a hollow victory. She glanced back at Andulf before rolling on the ground to avoid fire.

She moved like a panther closer and closer until she found her target. Engaging the stun on her pike she drove the blade home into the raider’s armor. He would live to fight another day. Tamith only killed as a last resort. She was no murderer, death was a glorious thing only meant for the brave.

She was silent as she moved through the fray. They ware ill prepared for a melee assault.

It was then with quick precision and the assurance they were friendly and not foe Andulf men coordinated with their new allies. As the injured were move to her ship for safekeeping and treatment. While all able bodies left of his crew were further divided with those most in the engineering crew sent back task with making the need repair or patch up some the holes in the hull so as hopefully get their ship airborne as soon possible. While the rest take up position to flank the income enemy. That seems fearlessly the leader of their new allies was no less poise to face with a pike like a weapon in hand. Which although seem a bit strange a choice he thought.

Given all the heavy artillery or blaster that had become the all too common go-to weapon of such fiends. As he assumed so this day he figured if nothing else if that is how she wished to meet them so. Then who was he to argue and instead of grabbing a blaster rifle from the ship hold he then despite his men assistance. That he does not join in the fray of the fight that he did take up position to her flank alongside the other. They then held their position and no sooner had the gap had been closed between them and their foe. That they open fired make sure avoid hitting her. Which they did as best they could despite her seem fluid and experience ways of mow down their enemy until such time. The battle rage on for some time that they seem feeling the loss. Sounded the alarm to move back and possibly regroup before launching another attack.
