DESCRIPTION
The Ancient Autocannon is a large caliber slugthrower, usually using shots filled with explosive or incendiary material to increase its power against certain targets. The mechanism is simple, but is adapted for use in both combat with and without an atmosphere. The weapon uses extremely outdated ammunition seen more in sport shooting than actual combat, but in a size larger than any civilian weapon.

- Hard hitting: The Ancient Autocannon fires large, high density slugs that can punish enemy infantry and armoured vehicles at range, and with the right ammunition can do serious damage to tanks
WEAKNESSES
- Hot hot: With sustained fire the barrel of the Autocannon can heat up, becoming less and less accurate or even become unusable
- Beep boop: The autocannon can only be mounted on droids as it has no manual trigger or built in optics
- Mags dry: When used with a droid internal magazine the weapon must be reloaded by an independent operator
