Private An Unlikely Alliance

OLD IMPERIAL CITADEL , BYSS
2 Months after the Events of Greedy Squabbling Delegates

As a Thunderstorm raged outside Lord-Imperator Marlon Sularen of Byss , secretly the Leader of the Clandestine Shadow Triumvirate sat in his office revising various Datapads containing Various Reports regarding his latest projects and operations such as the Militarization Efforts within the Beshqek System , Monitoring SIA Activity through Moles and Intelligence Agents and more Clandestine Operations on Ord Mirit and Hapes. These efforts had left Sularen's Resources exhausted as his own efforts to further strengthen his position within the Deep Core had grown stagnant once more. Nevertheless , the Lord-Imperator proceeded with his plans even though Progress was Slow as for what Sularen knew the Alliance was slower given it's Bureaucratic Nature.

It was already dark outside with most of his People asleep except for those who had night shifts and spent their nights partying , the Lord-Imperator himself was somewhat tired but before he could rest he had one more thing to do. Tonight , the Lord-Imperator had a meeting with another fellow Monarch , one shrouded in a mist of controversy and who was from the Outer Rim , None other then Heath Valhoun. The So-called King of the Elysium Empire had intrigued Sularen since he made his debut a few Months back given at how he'd made enemies in the First Order and Confederacy and was seen as a thorn to the side of many. Just like Sularen he was treated as a joke and few took him seriously. It is why Sularen had decided to reach out to Valhoun , because of how advantageous an Alliance between him and Valhoun would be. Two Individuals treated as Outcasts by Society joining forces to put down those who mocked them and show the Galaxy that they would take their place in the Sun no matter what and this meeting would be the beginning of such a relationship.

According to Politorate Reports , the Elysium Empire was ill-equipped to face the Confederacy but it was even obvious without any Reports. The Empire made use of Retrofitted "Ancient" Starships used over 8 Centuries ago like one of Sularen's Allies Vel'alari , though Valhoun's Fleet was smaller and no match for a Confederate Sector Group in which would certainly be spearheaded by a Super Star Destroyer given at how the Confederates had nearly 2 Dozen SSDs. If Valhoun were to succeed in his goals , he'd need Powerful Allies. People who could help him achieve his goals and Sularen was the only person willing to forge an Alliance with him. If this meeting was a success , then the Lord-Imperator's Plans could be boosted exponentially with the Support of the Elysium Empire.

Thus , Marlon Sularen sat in his office waiting for King Valhound to arrive at his Citadel where he would be greeted by a Squad of Constitutional Guards who would then escort him and his entourage towards the Office of the Lord-Imperator of Byss who eagerly awaited them. Tonight would mark the beginning of Sularen's Newest Recruitment Efforts , his largest one yet. If he was successful his influence in the Galactic Alliance would further increase and the Lord-Imperator would find himself with a Large Cabal of Allies ready to help him in striking down the Chandra Administration and helping the Lord-Imperator seek his rightful place in the Sun at least.

Byss, home of the Shadow Triumvirate, a group of Imperial splinter groups united to restore the Old Empire. Here Heath Valhoun descended the ramp of an Old Imperial Lamba-Class Shuttle, tailed by two Elysium Enforcer Droids. He was lightly armed, only a vibro-knife at his side. He wasn't expecting a conflict here. Above the planet, just outside of Byss space, The Utopian Victory-Class Star Destroyer sat ready to move into orbit if a quick escape were needed.

The purpose of this late-night trip was diplomacy. He was meeting with Lord-Imperator Marlon Sularen of The Shadow Triumvirate to discuss a potential alliance. The King had mixed feeling on the matter. He despised Imperial splinters, swearing to destroy them and restore The Empire under The Elysium banner. Despite his feelings The Elysium Empire had many enemies and very few Allies. Perhaps instead of crushing this splinter group he could strike a deal and unite the various splinters of The Triumvirate. Even if he failed it was worth a try, otherwise he'd need to look to the Mandalorian Union, an unlikely ally that would require a lot of effort if any ground was to be made.

It was good that it was night, Heath had many foes. Beyond that, Byss could grow extremely hot during the day but at night it was a perfect temperature with a cool breeze. It was good to be comfortable when negotiating, it allowed a clearer mind and lessened the tension. Almost the moment The King's feet hit the grey ground a group of men in ash-colored plate armor resembling the Old Stormtroopers jogged forward to meet him. After a short introduction the men escorted The King to a building, apparently The Lord-Imperator's office was just ahead.

"Droids, stay here and await further orders."

Had his guards been living beings perhaps he would have explained a bit more. However they were just droids. He didn't need to give them a timeframe, nor an explanation. They would obey without question or concern. Hopefully he wouldn't regret his choice to bring only two guards and no blasters. He wasn't looking for a fight but if one were to take place he was extremely outnumbered and outgunned.

Pushing his thoughts of the worse case scenario aside he entered the office, ready to strike a deal....

At last Sularen thought , after months of monitoring the Elysium Empire the moment had come for Sularen to finally include Heath Valhoun and his Followers into his plans. Valhoun reminded Sularen of himself back when he had re-emerged in the Core Worlds a few years ago , his movement was small with few ships and most notably few took Sularen seriously. When he attempted to rise to prominence and expand his influence he was immediately betrayed by those he had trusted , beginning his long journey in disgrace. Valhoun was in a similar position , the head of a small movement with few taking him seriously and now under the threat of getting absolutely crushed by yet another Galactic Power. But Sularen had a plan , one that could benefit both men.

As , Valhoun entered his office the Lord-Imperator greeted him. "Welcome , King Valhoun. Please take a seat we have alot to discuss" Sularen said motioning for the Self-Proclaimed King to take a seat at the opposite side of his Desk. Once the King had taken his seat , Sularen continued. "For sometime now , i've been monitoring the Outer Rim in search for allies and i've been quite intrigued with your movement Mr.Valhoun especially with how you've denounced the First Order and Confederacy many times now."

"You have been perceived by many as a Joke , a Pathetic Egotistic Individual who thinks he can rule over the Galaxy let alone restore the Old Empire. However i see great potential in you , which is why i've requested this meeting. I'm assembling an Association of Like-minded Individuals that you might already know as the Shadow Triumvirate and i'd like to make an offer to you , a very simple and profitable one. Already the CIS plots your demise as a Campaign against you is inevitable and given the current status of your Group it will be impossible for you to even scratch the CIS even by a bit."

"What i'm offering is simple. Join my Shadow Triumvirate and help me in my planned takeover of the Galactic Alliance and in return i'll provide you with enough resources to defeat the CIS and those whom you perceive as False Imperials and finally become a True King with actual territory. There are few people who would like to approach you Valhoun and the First Order and CIS are quickly closing in on your Area of Operations in the Outer Rim. Few will join you and more people are flocking to the side of your enemies. If you wish to truly restore the Empire , this is best chance you got at further advancing your goals."

Heath took a seat as prompted by the Lord-imperator, using the time to take a quick glance at his surroundings. It appeared to be a standard office, nothing in particular stood out. Once he had sat down The Lord-Imperator had began his proposition. The man didn't waste time, Heath liked that. As Sularen spoke Heath watched and listened carefully. The man appeared to be several years younger than the thirty-six year-old King, though Heath showed his age a bit more than most humans.

The Lord-Imperator claimed to have been monitoring The Elysium Empire, which he called a "movement." This irritated Heath as anyone whom had truly paid attention would know The Elysium Empire very nearly defeated The Agents of Chaos a few months ago. It took more than a movement to accomplish such a thing. But he let it go, it was a simple misstep by Sularen, he certainly didn't mean any offence.

Heath wondered how much the man knew about The Elysium Empire. Did he know their strength? Their source of income, their true political construct? Perhaps not as The Imperator claimed he was forming a collection of "like-minded" individuals...The Shadow Triumvirate. Heath didn't agree with this group. They were an Imperial splinter group that didn't seem to try to fix the mistakes of The Old Empire. The group was doomed to fail.

With Sularen's words Heath knew where this conversation was going. He was going to be invited into The Triumvirate. Sure enough the offer was made with a slew of manipulative words. The man spoke like he was a holonet host or a journalist. He called the offer "Simple and profitable" but in truth it was far from simple, and the costs would outweigh the profit. He had claimed The CIS and First Order were planning assaults on The Empire. The man either didn't know, or pretended to not know about the hidden outposts on several planets including Dagobah set up by The Elysium Empire. The Fleet was nimble, any large hostile fleet would be detected long before it could attack. A smaller fleet would be too weak to defeat The Elysium fleet before it could escape.

Should an outpost be attacked, the others outposts would be contacted and an entire fleet of troops would be summoned to defend it. The Elysium Empire was untouchable. The weakness was in attacking. They simply couldn't attack the enemy outside of small skirmishes like raids and ambushes. The leadership was too inconsistent, and their resources were not sufficient to attack. The Fleet couldn't ward off a hostile one for too long, and The CIS and First Order were too tightly knit to attack without their other planets sending aid. Even if the Empire took a planet, a counter-attack would be far too much to repel.

Something else the man had twisted was Heath's recruitment efforts. He claimed that people flocked to the enemies of The Empire and to The Empire itself. He was wrong. The Elysium Empire had support on almost every planet in the Western Outer Rim. The support varied from planet to planet of course, but there was a steady supply of manpower. For example, the insurrection in The Agents' mine a few months back had been backed by some of the miners. The galaxy wanted Heath's Empire, they just couldn't rally enough to do much...yet.

While The Elysium Empire was stable, This Shadow Triumvirate was not.

Heath would not be joining it.

However an Alliance of some kind could be useful.

"Lord-Imperator Sularen, while I appreciate your offer, it will not be accepted. Your Triumvirate is doomed to fail. You are no different from The Old Empire to my understanding. In these times we must alter our ideology. Beyond this weakness, you are a collation, a confederacy. Even if you manage to conquer our foes, you will be destroyed from the inside. Do you truly think any of your warlords will simply accept a weaker position in the united Empire? You trust them? They will betray you immediately and your united Empire will be a shattered piece of fragile glass. I cannot join a doomed alliance."

Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen

Marlon Sularen was disappointed with Heath Valhoun's response not angry not offended but simply disappointed. He expected the so-called King of the Elysium Empire to be better then this , to me a more persuasive individual. Instead he had rejected Sularen's offer , the only offer that mattered , one that could properly help Valhoun properly establish himself in the Outer Rim. Valhoun's response was fully based on a misconception , one where the King of the Elyisum Empire thought that the Shadow Triumvirate was a simple splinter group in which was false.

The Man was more archaic then Sularen thought , thinking he already knew everything about Sularen's Triumvirate when he did not. Unlike Valhoun and his Elysium Empire , the Triumvirate was well equipped with a large network of spies and military assets scattered throughout the Deep Core , Core , Northern Dependencies and Unknown Regions and Outer Rim with a hundred times the manpower then the Elysium Empire ever had. From what Sularen knew from the Politorate , the Elysium Empire was nothing more but a Stateless Imperial Movement similar to the Rebel Cells of the Imperial Era.

With the CIS and First Order closing in on the Outer Rim , it was already evident that unless the Elysium Empire picked up powerful allies they couldn't achieve what Heath Valhoun had planned. The Elysium Empire couldn't fight the First Order or CIS let alone beat either faction , and it was with this fact that Sularen aimed to bring Valhoun into the ranks of his Triumvirate. Whether Valhoun accepted or not , in time his people would join the Shadow Triumvirate once it became clear they could not survive independently.

"No-no-no-no! You see my friend , the Shadow Triumvirate is no mere Splinter Group as you think it is. What the Shadow Triumvirate really is , it is a Clandestine Military and Political Coalition of Various Individuals from different professions such as Politicians , Mercenaries , Warlords and Military Commanders , all with one singular objective. To provide the Galaxy with a clean slate. To erase the ideologies of past and present and create a new galactic government , one without the corruption of Imperialism and Democracy or the influence of Force-Sensitives. A Pure Order for a Pure Galaxy and i'm offering you a chance at joining it."

"We are not followers of the Old Empire instead what we truly seek to create a Final and Pure Empire. In fact the Triumvirate is in a great state compared to your Empire. We have allies in high places , influence within various Planetary Governments and indirect control of a few select worlds such as Byss , Bilbringi , Carida , planets a thousand times more valuable then the ones your Empire has a presence on. You have two choices Mr.Valhoun. You can join us and benefit from the resources the Triumvirate can provide from the Core Worlds and Unknown Regions or refuse our offer and face utter destruction from the First Order and CIS."

"While the First Order and CIS have no plans against you at the moment , they will eventually come after you. Given the current state of your Empire you will never be able to directly confront the CIS and First Order as they slowly close in towards the Outer Rim. In no time the former territories of the Outer Planets Alliance will be taken by the First Order and Confederacy and even then your Empire won't be able to face them. This offer can not only revitalize your Empire but also give you the tools you need to defeat your enemies so i strongly urge you reconsider my offer. Your Majesty."

Heath had either been incorrect in saying that The Triumvirate was the same as The Empire, or The Lord-Imperator was lying. Perhaps both. One thing was clear by the Imperator's words: He didn't know The strength of The Elysium Empire. Heath had no plans of correcting him, there was a good chance they would be foes one day, especially if this meeting didn't go well. Something else The King thought he picked up on was just how much The Imperator wanted Heath's support. Maybe it was in his head, but for a faction with such "high allies" and so many "resources" the man really wanted what he assumed to be a small fleet under threat of eradication to join his Triumvirate.

Something the man failed to explain was just what his Empire's ideology was. What did he mean by "pure"? He obviously hated Force-users, did he hate aliens as well? There was no place for this man in Heath's future if that was the case. Once again it seemed to all be misguiding words, beating around the bush and hiding certain things. Heath didn't like it. He would set things straight.

"You are being indirect, Imperator. What do you mean by a pure society? And I dare ask, how do you know your allies are trust worthy? I would finally say that our ideas are far from like-minded. My Empire knows that diversity is unavoidable. You cannot rule with a minority. It's simply impossible, you will never have order, never supremacy. I urge you to choose your words well, this meeting is near its' end unless you provide something more than your false strength and our supposed weakness."

The words were harsh, as intended. This man was nothing more than another manipulative want-to-be Emperor. He thought that his Empire was stable. Heath knew better, this Triumvirate would collapse into a handful of warlords as soon as power became an issue. The Imperator was trying to lie his way into an alliance, a one-sided alliance at that, where The Elysium Empire became nothing but a fleet under The Imperator's domain.

It would not happen.

This meeting was getting nowhere. As stubborn as he was Heath Valhoun was still resisting Sularen's attempts to join him. He still thought Sularen's Shadow Triumvirate was nothing more but false promises of strengths and believed that his supposed Empire was more stable and capable of doing more then the Triumvirate. He continued to assume that Sularen's Triumvirate was nothing more but a band of untrustworthy warlords and that Sularen's allies could not be trusted. These words were harsh yes , but Sularen knew that he still held the advantage.

"Well here is the issue , Valhoun. You continue to make false assumptions based on the descriptions i've made about the Shadow Triumvirate. You still think that we are unstable , and that my allies are untrustworthy and that's your weakness. You underestimate people and other organizations. You attempted to portray your Elysium Empire as superior to the First Order , yet from what i hear at the time both the Empire and First Order were Minor Groups and yet the First Order has become a Resurgent Power while your Empire has seen little progress compared to the First Order who now has absolute control over a dozen of system while you barely have complete control over a singular system."

"You think you know my Shadow Triumvirate when you don't , you think you can openly challenge the CIS and First Order and be successful in such endeavours when it's wrong. Sure on the outside your Empire seems promising , but given the tactics utilized by yourself in order to promote it , the Elysium Empire as grown stagnant lacking progress ever since their confrontation with the Agents of Chaos. What i'm providing here is a chance to revitalize the Elysium Empire. My Triumvirate is embedded within the Galactic Alliance and Eternal Empire and we can provide you resources to further strengthen your Empire that is if you join us."

"You must consider the gravity of this offer , Valhoun. There are few people in high positions of power like me who will be willing to help your Organization thrive and already the CIS and First Order are closing into the Outer Rim as i stated earlier. Time is running out Valhoun and you must realize that. If you reject my offers , you will miss out on alot and fail in your goals. Your Elysium Empire can never face the Confederates or the First Order in it's current state without Powerful Allies and even if you succeed to ascend as a Major Galactic Power it will still be hard to defeat a faction as large as the Confederates or the First Order which i assume will be far more stronger then it currently is."

"You might not know it or even accept it , Valhoun but you need someone like me in order to achieve your goals. There is absolutely no chance you and your Empire can challenge the CIS and First Order alone and even you must realize that. When your Elysium Empire finally enters in conflict with the CIS it will be a brutal conflict. The CIS has almost 2 dozen SSDs at their disposal , and a large armada nearly half the size of that of the Ancient Galactic Empire. They are a dormant Superpower and you have continued to provoke them. If you ever enter in a conflict with either the CIS or First Order there will be little chances of success that is unless you can help me and the Triumvirate."

"There is no False Strength or Supposed Weakness , what i'm saying is nothing but facts and anyone else in the Galaxy will share my opinion. If you refuse my offer then there will be little chance someone as influential or even more influential then me will support you. I myself have been in this very situation where someone of power offered to join forces with me and help me and it helped me grow in strength and influence , if you join forces with the Triumvirate Valhoun , i assure you and promise to you that you won't regret this. With my help you will rise to prominence in this Galaxy and your name will be respected throughout the Galaxy , Valhoun."

"So , this is your final chance , Valhoun. Will you choose the path to glory and prominence or continue plotting in the shadows in vain. Choose your next response wisely as it will have an impact on the future of your Elysium Empire."

The words were true. Heath knew that his Empire couldn't take on The Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Yet.
The problem was, if Heath were to sell out his Empire, however small it may be, to The Triumvirate, what would he gain? He wouldn't have an Empire. He'd be a warlord, and despite Sularen's claims that his Triumvirate was more than warlords, if this was how he recruited people, the Triumvirate was weaker than Heath had initially thought. If the man promised to only strengthen The Elysium Empire, what did he expect when the Triumvirate took over a significant amount of territory from The CIS? The multiple warlords that had been promised an Empire would split, each taking a section of the new Empire, and leaving the galaxy in a worse condition than it currently is.
Perhaps The King was simply tired, and couldn't anticipate the future if The Elysium Empire joined. Maybe he was missing some key detail of how The Triumvirate would stay together, and how he would keep his Empire and his policies as part of a group that he disagreed with. But he didn't see it.
However there was a time to be realistic, and this was the time. Heath knew his Empire was powerful, but spread across the whole galaxy, unable to mobilize an army. If he accepted the offer, and Sularen kept his word, Heath could perhaps use the resources given, and leave the Triumvirate at the last moment. It wasn't honorable. Or was it? A Pure galaxy? This was The Galactic Empire in its' dying days....changing as little as it could and consisting of a group of Warlords. The Galactic Empire wasn't the most popular Empire...perhaps in betraying The Triumvirate in the end, Heath would be seen as the good man that he was.
He was inclined to accept at this point. Give The Elysium Empire supplies, a way to fight, and then with ships, credits, and manpower from The Triumvirate, The Elysium Empire would break from the group and crush them...but Heath wanted to ensure that The Elysium Empire would be independent. He had questions...
"Very well, Sularen. But I want answers first. If I join this Triumvirate...The Elysium Empire stays independent, correct? It's essentially an alliance. Secondly, I'd like to know what you plan to do in the end. What is your end game, Sularen? Say The Elysium Empire joins, and you have enough men to take on the CIS. With your planets and forces, how do you plan to keep your new Empire together? You've simply denied that you are a band of Warlords, yet you ask me to join and promise me the success of The Elysium Empire. You can't do it without allies, but you expect that once you have become powerful you can simply forget your allies and still govern an Empire?
I understand your offer..... I don't understand your plan, Lord-Imperator. "

Sularen was glad , Heath Valhoun had finally accepted his offer or atleast considered it. It guaranteed that Sularen could receive the support of the Elysium Empire and potentially manage to install Valhoun as the Ruler of one of the Many Imperialist Worlds in the Core which could surely be receptive of the Elysium King. A Proper Throne for a Proper King , Sularen thought.

Then Valhoun brought up the idea of Sularen’s Endgame which was quite simple and something that he had already brought up although without proper clarity as mentioned earlier by Heath Valhoun. Then there was the question of Independence. It was clear that Heath Valhoun would resist attempts by Sularen to take control of his Organization but that was never Sularen’s intent. Other groups such as the Bilbringi Imperial Remnant and the Adjudicators within the Shadow Triumvirate were Fully Independent and were only called upon by Sularen when he needed assistance from them. They were never obliged to support him yet they did anyways and this was exactly how the Elysium Empire would be treated.

Sularen had great ambitions and with the support of the Elysium Empire those ambitions could become a reality although Sularen needed to make sure he could appease Heath Valhoun in order to ensure that the Empire remained within his Shadow Triumvirate.

To begin I will point out that the Elysium Empire will maintain full autonomy within my Triumvirate. You are free to operate as you wish. There will be some cases where me and my Associates will require some Assistance although Support from other members of the Triumvirate is fully voluntary as I will have a force ready to assist at all times. In addition by joining my i will be able to help your Elysium Empire become recognized by the Galaxy although the process to accomplish that will be complicated. Although i will explain more about that later.

As for my endgame my goals are simple. To rid the Galaxy of it’s current state of Factionalism and Create a New Pure Galactic Government. And by Pure i mean a new Government that is free from the ideologies of Past and Present , where Imperialism , Democracy and Theocracy is non-existent and replaced with a Benevolent Autocratic Regime led by Non-Force Users exclusively. Force Users and their Religious Orders will be reduced to simple Enclaves within certain Planets and every sentient will be provided with equal opportunities for success and opportunity as Slavery and Humanocentrism will be non-existent in my Pure Order.

And how i intend to achieve that is simple. My First Step is to essentially take over the Galactic Alliance and use the Core Worlds as a starting point. To Experiment on Purism by reorganizing the Galactic Alliance into a Purist Government and see how effective and realistic these goals are. Depending on how it is received by the Core we will alter our ideology accordingly in order to make Purism an Ideology for All peoples from all classes whether they are Rich or Poor , Human or Alien.

As for how to keep my Pure Order together I already have a Complex Plan on how to Reorganize the Alliance in order to provide compromise between all of my Associates. Fortunately few are concerned about power which makes it easier for me to deal with keeping my Pure Order together. In a few weeks I'll organize a summit between all of my Associates where we will convene and discuss our Plans to take over and reorganize the Alliance and how we will re-distribute power within the Alliance. It shall be the First Major Step in achieving these goals. I hope that answers your questions , Mr.Valhoun

The offer was too good to be true. There had to be a hook to it. Heath would ask more questions. If it annoyed the Lord-Imperator, so be it. He could suffer through an interrogation if he truly wanted Heath's help. That being said, Heath had been convinced. He planned to accept the deal as long as there were no hooks.

Besides, he could at any time betray The Triumvirate. They were a much smaller threat than the CIS and Heath had full confidence that The CIS would not be able to defeat The Elysium Empire as of yet. This deal would be an absolute win. Sularen may be the stronger of the two, but Heath would be the smarter. Sularen would be a puppet by the end.

"Very well Sularen. But I have a demand, I'm sure you understand my caution. in accepting your offer. I would like to keep our name out of The Triumvirate. The Elysium Empire needs to look like it stands alone. We can't be seen working with what may appear to be yet another splinter to the people. If you can accept this offer, then I accept your proposal."

He had a bad feeling about the whole thing. More would be revealed at this meeting in a week. Hopefully his demand would be accepted. The Elysium Empire was his, and his ideology had to be preserved. The public couldn't see The Elysium working with the Triumvirate. It would be a betrayal to them, as it was it was a betrayal against himself.

How he would benefit from the alliance was something he needed to plan, yet it was something simple. He would use the resources until he didn't need them. With Veinstein Labs and Innovations and the Triumvirate giving support the only need of The Elysium Empire was manpower.

With manpower and resources they could begin their campaigns against The First Order and The CIS.

This would be a day long remembered.

Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen

Sularen considered Valhoun's Only Condition , in which the Elysium Empire would join as a Secret Associate of the Shadow Triumvirate not to be associate with the group in public. Sularen chuckled at that Condition , Valhoun forgot the Shadow Triumvirate was a secretive organization , and that the fact that the numerous organizations within the Triumvirate were connected through the Triumvirate was a well-kept secret only known to very few individuals , not even the Alliance or New Imperials could get their hands on the Shadow Triumvirate with their SIA and COMPNOR Combined. The only way anyone outside the Triumvirate could expose it's existence was if any of the Leading Figures of the Conspiracy betrayed the Triumvirate to inform them about it. And Sularen had a countermeasure in place just to make sure such occurrence never happened.

"Very well then , Health Valhoun. We will not publicly associate your Empire to the Triumvirate , although as i stated earlier the Triumvirate is meant to be a secret so there should be no problem in ensuring that no one else knows about your association with the Triumvirate. If that is all i guess this meeting is over. I will convene soon enough with the other members of the Triumvirate specifically those who are included within my envisioned Political Bloc within the Alliance. You are invited to partake in the Summit , for i will require the covert assistance of the Elysium Empire within the GA that is if you're interested."

And with that , the meeting was over. Health Valhoun had officially joined the Shadow Triumvirate and Sularen was one step closer to completing the First Phase of his Plan in assembling his Secret Political Faction within the GA and preparing his eventual Conflict with the SIA. The Stage was set for Sularen's proper Resurgence and soon enough the entirety of the Core Worlds would be his , permanently.
