Private An Interesting Encounter

Mila groaned awake. She barely remembered what had happened, she did know that her ship had some sort of malfunction and she crash landed on what she thought to be a forest moon. She had been knocked unconscious with the impact, and now she was groaning awake. She shifted slightly and her eyes slowly blinked open. She was being dragged by her arms, two men on either side of her. And her hands were held by metal binders, keeping her from moving. She was brought to a dark room, small and bare, with one other individual.

She wasn’t awake enough to make out details yet. But she did see him there. Her hands were released, and she was locked in the room with him. He would see a small, slender, and curvaceous young twi’lek woman with blue skin, clad in a white, skintight croptop, skintight leggings, short boots, a belt and connected leg strap with a now empty pouch on it. She had fingerless gloves on each hand, which were black and covered very little of the back of her hands.

She tried sitting up, but her head throbbed too much for that, so she had to wait a moment first.

Ardon's day had been less than optimal. Oh he landed alright, his ship, that was fine. He was taking supplies to a village on some village planet. However, it was the landing that things went awry. After he started unloading he felt a shock, a stun blaster took him down. His cargo was taken. And he was dragged away. His droid locked down his ship, but was hit with an ion blaster before the doors shut.

Meanwhile, he was dragged into a room. Dark and empty. Eventually he came to, his hands were shackled, and it seemed that they'd set up some kind of signal jammer. Normally he could contact his ship using his cybernetics, but that wasn't working. He sat up as he heard a noise, and the pirates pulled in Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa . Before he had a chance to think of a way to get out the door was shut and they were left alone.

He also noticed, they'd taken off his armor, so he had on a t-shirt and a simple pair of pants. He walked over to see the Twi'lek. A rutian, that's what they called the blue ones. She had a figure that was kind of hard to miss given the skintight outfit. She also had a pouch, which gave him just a little hope. Looked like she was stunned too, "You = ok? You = move slowly until: your head = calms down." he said moving to kneel down beside her. If she did still choose to get up he'd hold out a hand to help her.

He knew he talked weird, everyone knew he talked weird. They never fixed it because the surgery was a bit...dangerous. There was always the risk that putting in better cybernetics would cause him to lose any speaking ability at all. The original cyberneticist just didn't have the equipment to help him at the time, so he had what he had.

Ardon Ardon

Her cellmate, a man with some cybernetics and an odd way of speaking, clad in a basic t-shirt and pants. Presumably he had been captured in a similar way she was. He asked if she was okay, in his odd way, and advised that she move slowly. She couldn’t think of any reason not to obey, and hi she advice was sound. So she waited for her head to stop throbbing.

Once she could talk again she spoke to him. “I’m fine, thanks.”

She sat up, “what’s your name?”

She reached into her boot, looking for something that she kept there just in case of emergencies. Emergencies like this.

Ardon smiled as she said she was fine and then asked her name. "Ardon = Ardon Tillian. Ardon = Was bring supplies. Pirates = captured Ardon." his cybernetics were hidden, due to a bit of synthetic skin. But there wasn't any other explanation for the way he spoke. It was far too droid like in words. Even the tone of it was slightly monotoned. He had difficulty with complexities of tones and such.

He watched her reach for her boot, hopeful there was something useful to help them escape.
"Your name = what?" he asked as he waited. She seemed to be ok now. So that was a good sign.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

“Ardon. A nice name.” She commented. From her boot she removed a small flask of solid metal, then a second from the other boot. She took his hand to stand up, she spoke softly and didn’t easily meet his gaze for long. But she seemed to be adjusting fairly quickly. She’d been in a few situations like this.

“Mila. My name is Mila.” She said simply before approaching the door. It was a more basic door. It used bars, despite being panel-activated. Good.

She took the two flasks and asked. “Do you know fluoroantimonic acid?”

She certainly wasn't the most loud one, speaking quietly even when compliment his name. Still, she was moving as if she was just going through the motions. He watched her with the flask, as she gave her name. He smiled again, "Ardon = nice to meet you in spite of situation = poor." he said with a bit of a grimace.

Ardon cocked his head as asked him about something called fluoroantimonic acid.
"Ardon = Unfamiliar. Ardon = more pilot and marskman. Ardon = useless here." he said shrugging apologetically. She had a plan clearly, and he would be happy to follow along. She seemed to be nice, quiet, but nice. And she clearly seemed to know something about what they were doing.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

She said quietly, “probably not useless. I’m useless in a fight, which is sure to happen at some point.”

She unscrewed the top of one flask, left one drop on each of the bars. Then moving up, she added the liquid from the other flask. The metal instantly started sizzling and the newly formed liquid ate easily through the bars of the door. “It’s nice to meet you too Ardon.”

After a few moments the bars were eaten through completely, and they fell away. She caught them before they fell with a clatter, and carefully set the door inside. Her muscles strained to lift the heavy bars.

She gestured to the door. “Ready to leave?”

She was still quiet when telling him he probably wasn't useless. He'd try and reduce his volume as well, but that wasn't as easy as it sounded for him. He simply nodded and smiled as she told him, and then stepped back when she went to added the drops of the bars. Watching with eyebrows raised as they began to eat right through them.

"Ardon = impressed." he said, somewhat quieter to avoid making too much noise. The door came out and she caught it, thankfully.

"Ardon = ready." He said smiling walking towards the hall and looking down both corridors to see if he could spot anyway yet. Quietly adding, "Ardon = has fast ship. Ardon = still has weapons and armor somewhere. We = find a way to escape in ship? We = may need weapons first."

He was a good marksman, so if they could find where they put his armor and weapons. It'd make escaping a whole lot easier.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

She had a sheepish look when he said he was impressed. “It’s no big deal. Just basic chemistry.”

“A fast ship you say?” She questioned. “That’s good. We can’t really use mine, it’s been wrecked. Now, where would they actually put armor and weapons from taken prisoners?”

She stepped out into the hallway after he did. Her pouch had been emptied, and worse, her forearm computer had been taken. She had to get it back. The schematics in there couldn’t be allowed to remain in the open. She really needed to find a safer place to keep those schematics, blueprints, measurements and calculations.

The hallway was narrow and long. And there were three other cells alongside the one side. “Which way?”

Ardon looked around, this was a bit troublesome. Normally he'd use his cybernetics in a situation like this, or already know in advance. Neither of those were the current situation. "Ardon = try this way. We = move fast and quiet." he suggested aiming to go down the side with the other cells. If there were people in there, they might let them out. If not, then they should hurry past. Get to the next door or corridor, and figure out from there.

He was hoping he'd be able to get a look, or get a signal from a nearby computer. Signal jamming was good, but it only worked to a certain extant. And he doubted they jammed all signals, if he could figure out their frequency, he could match it, and use their tech against them. Right now though, just move fast.

He looked behind him regularly to make sure Mila was nearby. There was no way he was leaving her behind.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

Mila nodded and kept close to him. The cells weren’t all empty. There were two others they could see. Lucky them, the doors were activated from the outside, so there was no need to use the acid again. They were both men. They were freed, and they were willing to help out.

One was a tall, burly human man, definitely going to be useful in a fight. The other was muscular but not burly. He was sneakier that’s the big guy. Mila and the two others followed Ardon closely as he lead the way.

Before too long they came across a room with an open door. Inside, one of the pirates sat at a table, sorting through various items. She saw one of those to be sorted was her wrist computer. She pointed the man out to Ardon. “He’s sorting through prisoners items. He might have your weapons.”

Ardon was glad they found more men to help out. That'd be useful. They kept going, found a room. He looked carefully inside watching the pirate sorting through things. He leaned back as he heard Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa give him some advice. He nodded smiling, and taking in a breath, he looked inside. He was close enough now, he could sense the mans comm unit, and started 'talking to it' he wasn't speaking out loud. But for him, it was like having a conversation with the device. The pirate picked it up getting a message about taking another look at the prisoners.

He got up with a groan and mumbling about doing all the work, heading to go out the open door. Ardon held his breath, and just as the man began to exit the doorway he brought a fist into the mans throat causing him to drop...for a knee to hit his skull leaving the pirate unconscious on the floor. He jerked the basic blaster from the pirates side and rolled into the room holding the blaster ready for if anyone else was in here. If he saw them ready to fire, he'd shoot them in the stomach. "You all = secure pirate."

With a comms unit, and hopefully his weapons and armor. Things should start getting a good deal easier. Plus Mila had already seen her equipment. And maybe these two men could help out on escaping here. Actually, this was almost exactly the amount of people perfect for his ship, if they knew anything about flying or using a turret.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

That was the only pirate in the room. Once he was unconscious the two men helped Mila secure him, before everybody went for their gear. Mila found some of the contents of her pouch, a few basic chemicals, a calculator and notepad, and she grabbed her wrist computer and strapped it onto her left forearm. Mila kept watch out of the door, checking for anyone who came down the hall.

His weapons and armor would be found, along with the weapons of the other two. Once they were ready, Mila said, “noone’s there.”

Ardon held up his arms as they found his gear and Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa confirmed that nobody was left. He quickly put on the cirgun-plate-body-armor, holstering two h-t-e-heavy-blaster-pistols after twirling the familiar ones. He looked at Mila and gave one quick eyebrow waggle. He grabbed the pirates communicator off him, latching it to his belt instead. Never know, could be useful.

He held the pirates blaster out for Mila, if she wanted to take it, while speaking again, "If Ardon = gets outside. Ardon = contact ship."

"We = need to move carefully. Ardon = Can confuse pirates."
He held up the communicator, "Pirates = will only be confused for so long. You all = Suggestions?"

She was offered a weapon, and she took it, albeit uncertainly. She nodded her understanding. “We’ll get outside. Then you can call your ship.”

The burly one said. “We find the nearest exit and run for it. We shoot at them as needed.”

“Too conspicuous.” The smaller one said, “I say we get this guy to tell us how to get out.”

“And I can get us through locked doors,” Mila said to them. “I agree with getting him, we need information and we need to stay quiet. Let’s see what we can get out of him.”

She took the blaster, good. Skilled at other things or not, sometimes a blaster was what was needed. She agreed on getting outside for him to access his ship. Big guy seemed aggressive, Ardon didn't need to correct him, the smaller one seemed to get that done. And Mila agreed on that account, as well as getting the pirate to give them information.

Ardon nodded, "Ardon = Agrees. Who = will interrogate?" he asked before going to drag the pirate back into the room, so that they could shut the door and do this questioning without getting seen if someone did go by, "Ardon = Not verbally intimidating. Ardon's Speech = Faulty."

He could just stand menacingly he supposed, standing there with his pistols? Didn't have many other ideas. Maybe Mila had some kind of truth serum? Or maybe that was too much of a stretch to hope for. He also realized he didn't have his helmet, must still be on his ship.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

Mila’s eyes glanced at the pirate, then at the big guy, then the smaller one. She was picturing the classic idea of a gang. Big guy is the intimidation factor. The other two were to be the muscle, with one of them doing the talking. She might be able to intimidate him if she were to show a willingness to dissolve him with chemicals but that made her queasy and she wasn’t exactly intimidating as far as physique and mannerisms go, heck even when tied up the pirate intimidated her.

So no, she wasn’t going to be useful here. She looked to the smaller guy. “What’s your name?”

“Kark.” He answered.

“Why don’t you interrogate him, while you two just stand there and look scary. I won’t be much help here.” She said to the group.

So they waited until the pirate woke up, or until someone punched him awake. Meanwhile Mila was seeing what she could do with her computer, looking for signals she could hack or databases she could pillage. The more information they had when they left the better.

Ardon avoided raising his eyebrows as the man said his name was Kark. Could have been a nickname but still. Regardless, Mila had the right idea. The bigger man was probably more immediately intimidating, but Kark had some better idea of what he was doing it seemed. Ardon helped shove the pirate into a chair, and tied his legs together while they waited for him to wake up.

Then he stepped back, standing so that he was visible but a few paces away to give Kark room. The pirate should wake up soon, to be greeted with the prisoners that he'd been a part of capturing, only now they were armed and he was tied up. So things were probably not looking too promising. While he waited, Ardon used his cybernetics to connect to the mans communicator, scanning for their signals and trying to figure out if he could keep tabs on things.

That was, unfortunately, not as easy as he hoped. As it seemed some of the people on the comms were more interested in joking around than actually giving remotely important information. And used the names of other pirates rather than descriptions of locations, when talking about where to go.

The pirate began to wake up and Ardon straightened, letting his hands touch the hilts of his blasters as if he was ready to shoot the pirate if he wanted to.

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa

The pirate groaned awake. And looked up to see the three prisoners in front of him, while Mila worked with some electric wires further back. He opened his mouth to cry out but Kark let his fist go into the pirates gut full force. “Make any attempt to alert your friends, and you won’t live long enough for them to get here.”

He stepped back and crossed his arms. “Where is the nearest exit?”

After a few more punches the pirate gave in. “Down the hall, third left. Second right.”

Almost immediately after Mila said, “got it.”

Mila Uhlesifa Mila Uhlesifa (OOC: Sorry about the delay, today has been way busier than I thought so I'm super tired.)

Ardon watched the pirate mostly as Kark began the process. He was fairly good at it, and got the pirate to speak pretty soon. And then Mila came just after. He looked over at Mila coming closer to see what it was she'd gotten exactly, "You = Found what?" He looked at her face momentarily. The short pause gave him just a little more to admire her appearance. However he turned away trying to get back to things. They were busy. No time right now. Just wait.

"We = Should bring him for proof of information?" He inquired to the former prisoners as he looked over his shoulder.
