An Attractive Lesson

[member="Stardust"]

Gray frowned as she dodged and then blocked his second attack. He really did like fighting tough opponents, but she was more than that. She was superior. The match was her win from the moment she entered the dueling ring. He knew that, but he wasn't about to stop. He just needed to watch how she moved, how she reacted. He felt like he was trying to besiege the most fortified position imaginable with nothing more than a single mortar shell.

Gray readied himself again and moved as soon as she got to the ground. He threw one of the sabers directly at her. He kept moving and aimed a thrust in the exact same spot he had thrown the other saber at. He was hoping she could be forced to leave an opening behind when she parried the throw.

She smiled spinning her blades looking at him"your getting good there gray I almost didn't block"she said smilimg"

She landed and turned quickly... She watched the blade get thrown...did he throw it without the force....bold action"mistake one"she said as she held a hand out to stop the saber letting it fall down and deactivate as she blocked with both saber his thrust letting them lock"never throw your saber without using the force...unless your opponent is a non force user"she said and smiled

Gray was breathing kind of hard by this point. He had put in a lot of effort into his past few attacks. He just smiled at Star as she spoke to him. He knew she was powerful and could have easily beaten him in the fight, but she had really made the point clear here. He said to her, " Star, you are just amazing. Strong, smart, sexy. The complete package, and here I am thinking I might be able to touch perfection. Thanks for the lesson today. I'll keep it in mind always."

Gray broke away from the saber lock and retrieved the other training saber. He picked it up and dusted it off on his clothes. He looked at the blades for a moment. He enjoyed their sparring match, even if Star was toying with him for obvious reasons. He felt frustrated though as well. He didn't like how bad he had looked today in front of Star. He was worried her opinion of him had gotten worse, even though he knew she would deny it. He didn't care what most people thought about him, in fact he normally wouldn't give it any thought. But it was different with Star. He cared more about what she thought of him than he did what he thought of himself.

She smiled"no problem dear I enjoyed teaching and watching you learn"she said and smiled

She returned her training sabers back to the box and motioned for him to do so however...she could feel his frustration and came up behind him hugging him"your frustrated gray...what's wrong

Gray went to put his sabers up as well. He was still thinking on how he had looked so bad today as he did. The sudden hug from behind got his attention though. He couldn't help but smile as he put a hand up to her hands. He said, " Oh it is nothing. Just me being upset at myself. I'll get over it. I always do." He set the sabers into the box after he spoke. He walked over to her to give her a hug back and began to massage her back. He closed his eyes for a moment and just enjoyed the moment. His frustration just seemed to leave him as he stood there. Something about Star seemed to make all of his more negative emotions vanish. He couldn't help but feel happy around her.

She smiled as she listened to him, she couldn't help but be concerned at his frustration..however she could tell he'd be OK...as with teaching came frustration

As for how his frustration suddenly disappeared...it was how star was...she was calm rigth now and happy and emmited such a feeling
