This amulet is made from a strange jade colored pearl that was given to her by her old love, Rinn, before her seven year long crusade in the Nightsister's name. Upon her arrival, Dolor was told her love had fled the planet and thus, had broken the promise the two young lovers had made. At her request, the Nightsisters took Dolor's feelings of betrayal and hurt and sealed them inside the precious sphere. It was later fashioned into an amulet with a half rusted thin chain with a special metal casing around it to hold it. It keeps her feelings and pains from her past away from her mind, thus making her a tyrannical Pirate Queen.
To protect the amulet from being broken she houses under her armor, keeping it around her neck at all times. The only times when it is removed from her possession is when she has to venture to Dathomir. The Magick in the amulet and the planet clash and cause the seal to fracture. Aside from its purpose to hold her own feelings, it also acts as her 'Piece of Eight' for the Kraken Coalition's Council of Captains.

- This strange amulet worn by the Devil Queen, Dolor Cordis, houses her feelings of Heart Ache, sorrow and untold pain that she had upon learning that her Love had betrayed her after 7 years devotion. Thus, it has a magick glow to it allowing Dolor to use it as a conduit for her own Magick usage such as the controlling of her Leviathan.
- It pangs Dolor Cordis with slight remnants of her past emotions before the amulet was created.
- Its Sarrassian Iron chain gives this amulet a strong resistance to being broken off Dolor.
- If broken, the magick inside of this amulet and the seal preformed on it will also break, releasing Dolor's past emotional heartbreak and all the accompanying pains that came from it. It can cripple Dolor to a state of being unable to fight.
