The amulet, when bonded with an individual, will give them in-depth knowledge of the force abilities "Stasis field" and "Force ghost", with instructions on how to perform them and how they work. It also provides an empowered Stasis field if chosen by the user, but requires the user to be placed in the stasis field as well. Furthermore, it contains a very brief explanation of explanation of more non-combatant force abilities, such as cleanse mind, force empathy and finally force valor; although, to use these further research would need to be employed by the wearer.
Strengths:

- Spiritual bond - To use it, you need to connect your force essence to it. (Explained below) and it cannot be severed other than using the very difficult force technique, "Sever force"

DESCRIPTION
The Amulet of Equilibrium (Literally, Amulet of Balance) was created by the Jedi Order and was previously located on a temple on Vjun.
The actual creation of the Amulet was done during a last stand attempt by several Jedi on the temple during a Sith raid, and a very powerful Jedi master sacrificed his soul and quite literally exploded into light, placing every single living being in the temple into a permanent stasis until reinforcements could arrive, although the issue was getting them out of stasis. In conventional means, they originally attempted to fire rockets at them, but they simply didn't do any damage to the beings themselves. The technique had proven to be too much for any powerful Jedi to remove, and the Sith were so untrusting that they did not even attempt to offer their powers.
The statue like figures of those beings remain in the temple to this day, although their bodies have been covered under new foundations. The source of their stasis is thought to be the amulet, but no brave soul has attempted to recover it or reconnect with it after the incident. Legend has it, whoever reactivates the artifact will bring them out of it and regain the abilities infused into it, or possibly even remove the very essence of the non-moving beings into ghost-like form, their bodies to remain hollow till the end of time.
