  • Strengths:
360 Degree Cannon: The key feature of the AT-RE is its innovative swivel cannon that allows it to attack targets all around it with great accuracy. By constructing the cannon nearly separate from the main body, the emplacement is able to target and destroy enemies nearly 2 miles away from almost any angle.
  • Speed and Agility: Because of its design, the AT-RE is much faster and more maneuverable than most walkers in the Sith Empire and can thus flank and attack the weak points of enemy lines before retreating behind their own for protection. The lighter weight and specialized construction of the legs allows the walker to climb steel inclines for high-ground vantage points to rain down destruction upon the enemy. This aids the Empire in changing the course of battle with speed and efficiency in order to continue its advance at minimum energy output.

[*]Weaknesses:
  • Thin Hull: While the materials used for its construction are relatively strong, because of the design choices that required the walker to be quicker and more agile than its parent model. The weight needed to be cut down and the hulls needed to be thinned for this to be accomplished. Naturally, this means less protection for those inside should the deflector shields fail, which itself spells imminent doom for the crew should they not retreat from danger or fail to kill that which seeks to kill them.
  • Less Armament: While the weapons the AT-RE does possess are all well and good for its designated role of infantry combat, the walker inevitably faces a disadvantage against more well-equipped foes, such as tanks and other walkers.
  • Limited View: Because of the narrow viewports, the crew have to rely heavily on the computer systems to identify and attack their targets. The limited view can also allow enemies to attack them from beyond their line of sight, especially so from behind.

DESCRIPTION
As part of his introduction as Pyramid of Scientific Advancement, Kascalion Giedfield sought to take the Empire's main assault walker and modify it for quicker, more efficient use. Utilizing lighter materials for both the hull and frame, the former of which was constructed in thinner layers than other machines in the Empire, as well as creating a more flexible leg-structure, the Devil Lion forged a walker model capable of fulfilling the All-Terrain feature with great success.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art swivel cannon and multiple anti-personnel blasters, a single AT-RE is more than capable of destroying dozens of standard infantry units in seconds, blasting them apart into gore and blood. A formation of AT-RE's is capable of wiping out entire squadrons and battalions if the crews are skilled enough, and teamed with its parent model and the Legion at its back, it is capable of so much more.

While it is, admittedly, weaker than the parent model, and most walkers and Empire vehicles for that matter, it is still combat worthy and can prove to be one of the deciding factors the Empire needs in any given battle to find victory and ultimately return home with glory.

For the most part this Sub's looking good, I've just got a query in regards to the Rapid Enforcer's size in comparison to the All-Terrain Heavy Enforcer [AT-HE] you've listed as the primary source. The AT-HE is listed as a large vehicle at 15m, so I'm looking for a bit more info in terms of relative size of this variant. How much smaller is the Rapid Enforcer compared?
