A well-respected behemoth of the battlefield, House Mecetti still manufactures these venerable walkers because they remain effective even centuries after they were first designed. Tampson Consolidated initially held the license to manufacture this vehicle to supplement Kuat Drive Yards construction, but when Tampson Consolidated was seized by House Mecetti for debt repayment, they gained the license. Many newer models of walker have been produced in the time since, and Kuat Drive Yards no longer manufactures this model themselves. This leaves House Mecetti as potentially the only manufacturer currently building this classic armored transport.
