- Alkonost holds the sum total of the Croke Reach’s accumulated wealth at it’s fingertips and technological advancements used by the Croke to maintain their superiority over the region of space for over millennia.
- Technology and resources brought from the Deep Core and Galactic Alliance space are gathered here and replicated. Their assets broken down for study and use in efforts to propel the Brotherhood War Machine further. Scientific discoveries or breakthroughs including manufactured prototypes see first light here before seeing further development elsewhere throughout the Brotherhood’s territories.

- Unlike most of the archetypical Brotherhood domains, Alkonost suffers not from anarchists and fools. The capital of the ‘Chosen’ tribe and lair of the Sith Warlord
Maestus
is ruled in an orderly manner through terror and an iron fist. - Enlightenment is encouraged here as is development of goods and services for the Brotherhood at large. Slaves are carted in from locations such as the Holy City or Lao-Mon for productivity while intelligent minds from the recesses of the Brotherhood’s ranks are brought up to advance their educations and further scientific study of the Croke’s technological advancements for their own.
- Grudges and feuds are settled within the confines of the arena under blood sport. Any party that disobeys the tenants of
Maestus
and her regime or that of the Brotherhood at large are executed and made example of in the streets.
- Surveillance and patrols are established throughout the city in efforts to maintain stability over the ravenous marauders of the Brotherhood and to maintain order over their ranks. Members of the secretive Operation: FINAL DAWN maintain an operations branch and outpost within the city. Their services used as secret police and hidden Sith loyalists supporting the regime of Lady
Maestus
.
