STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Weaknesses:
Anger Issues -- Ali can be quite the hot head, quick to anger and slow to cool off. Already intimidating because of how she carries herself and her general attitude, this behavior has led to many an unnecessary fight. As a result, Ali is immensely poor in delicate situations that require tact and a modicum of diplomacy. Try not to let her do your talking for you.
Impulsivity -- A wise man once said, "Whatever, whatever, I do what I want," a mantra that Ali unfortunately lives by. Her impulsivity has prevented her from succeeding at much in her life, though she's attempted quite a lot.
Short-sightedness -- Not the astigmatism kind, Ali is terrible at long term planning. She lives in the moment, and doesn't think much about the future.
Strengths:
Combat Heritage -- Ali comes from a long line of female Mandalorian soldiers. Her mother is a veteran of two wars and three smaller conflicts, and her knowledge and experience she's done her best to pass on to her daughter. Ali's mind is a razor's edge when it comes to tactical proficiency and she picks up weapons knowledge and application like power cables pick up mynocks. One day, Ali will end up putting all this knowledge and skill back into the battlefield, at a capacity far exceeding even her own expectations...
Loyalty -- Some might call it a weakness, but Ali is fiercely loyal to those who prove themselves to her. She'll never let a comrade down and does her damnedest to complete the mission, whatever it may be.
Moral Compass -- Ali possesses a strong moral compass. She always does what is right, regardless of the risk to herself. This bleeds into her several weaknesses, as this sometimes prevents her from seeing the bigger picture and the long term benefits of holding off from taking action.
APPEARANCE:
Ali is just over 5 feet tall, with pale skin, long dark hair and pale blue eyes shot with gray. Though lithe and delicate in appearance, with a full bosom and womanly hips, Ali maintains a physique well-suited for the rigors of combat. Ali can usually be found wearing red knee-high boots suited for handling a variety of terrain types, and a skirt that hits just below mid-thigh. For tops she prefers tanks, with arm sleeves if it happens to be a bit nippy. There's usually a smirk on her lips, and she loves to smile. What about, however, is a different story...

BIOGRAPHY:
Ali was born on Commenor, to mercantile parents (Jack and Myra Hadrix) who rented land and sold homemade wares on both Commenor and Mandalore, where her mother was originally from. Her father was also an economist who worked a tenured position at the University of Commenor, her mother a free-lance mechanic and veteran of the last war.
After completing her education on Commenor, Ali moved off planet with the intention of creating her own business on whatever world suited her best. However, after several years of struggling to maintain a logistics firm, the rights of which she had purchased from its down-and-out owner, Ali gave up the dream in pursuit of something else. That something else turned out to be military service.

Before turning herself over to mercenary work, Ali returned to Commenor to conduct training with her mother that would help prepare her for the rigors of combat. This training had been started when Ali was a child, as per the Mandalorian custom, but was halted as her mother had been called to duty. Ali spent an entire year working with her mother in the wilderness of Commenor, training throughout the mountains and deserts the planet had to offer.
With her training more or less complete, Ali returned to Mandalore and picked up work with a Mandalorian mercenary group stationed out of Keldabe. The group's primary jobs were hostage recovery of wealthy VIP's and asset protection, the both of which bored Ali to death. She could have cared less about rich people and their money, though those were the only ones wealthy enough to afford their services.
Ali quit after three years and formed her own mercenary outfit. This venture only lasted roughly a year; a botched extraction job lost Ali two of her team members, and a third quit after the incident. At that point, Ali disbanded the group and returned to Commenor. After her return she worked with Myra, her mother, rebuilding starships and selling them at auction. The two women enjoy their work together, though Ali's growing anxious again to make something more of her life. Recently, she heard about the growing disruptions in the Outer Rim, the Rebel Alliance, and the movement of Mandalorian armies. All these events whisper "War," and Ali will damn well be ready for it this time.
THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC
Needless to say, Ali's stint with the Rebel Alliance fell through. After having already left home, her contact vanished without a trace and she ended up meeting with Republic recruiting personnel instead. Based on her previous experience as an operator, she was offered a conditional commission within the Intelligence Corps and was required to attend several long months of schooling and training. After completing it Ali was awarded the rank of Lieutenant. Within a year she was promoted to Captain, and is hoping to work with the Galactic Republic's revamped Intelligence division.Noteworthy Companions
