After bringing Aldric Laurent back into the SIA, Valery grew much closer to him than she was before, and after dating him for a while, she decided to prepare a gift. While he already has an arsenal of weapons and useful gadgets for missions, she figured some fancy sunglasses would be perfect right before their planned vacation to a more tropical world. But even beyond this trip to a sunny planet, they could be a useful tool in future missions with all the integrated technology she requested from the SIA.
