APPEARANCE:
Akita's human form is of average size and build, appearing as a human seeming figure with long black hair, dark eyes, and pale skin, quite hirsute. He walks with a slight hunch from years of bowing his head in quiet contemplation and wearing heavy robes, which he is almost never without.
When he transitions to his natural Gurlanin form, he appears as a large wolf, two meters in height, with black fur, big dark eyes, and large fangs. Akita generally shuns this form in favour of his human-like appearance, not wishing to produce fear and anxiety in those around him.

BIOGRAPHY:
Akita was born on Qilura, a rarity among his clan in that he was naturally gifted with the Force. This was unusual enough that his mother and father kept him from the Jedi and Sith in favour of finding the pup a more protected and safer life than those orders could promise.
The boy was given up to the Fallanassi, who the Clan respected for their pacifist and spiritual ways, and he came to live among the Adepts of the white current; who accepted a male only grudgingly, and only after discovering his Gurlanin heritage and the wishes of his parents.
The boy lived, and served among the order for decades, training, meditating, and philosophizing with the other Adepts. He embraced the culture and the concepts, and this is where his Gurlanin nature betrayed him. The Fallanassi taught that authority was an illusion and that everyone should serve only their own desires. Akita took this to heart, unable to ratify this truth with his desire to seek out conflict. Over a long time, he brooded on these misgivings, until finally a violent confrontation with several other Adepts led to his regretful but permanent exile from the Order.
Cast adrift, penniless, and very alone, his Clan long since dead, his home now closed to him after close to two hundred years, Akita now finds himself with the galaxy at his feet, and not a clue what to do with it. Having found his way to Mandalorian space, and finding a welcome not expected, he decided to stay and see if he could make a life for himself among the Mando'ade.
Having seen the rise and fall of Yasha's Empire, Akita has continued to work for the betterment of the Mandalorian people left behind in the aftermath of the Hammerfall. Though still loyal to his Mando'ade comrades, he is not without his own resources. At a loose end, he is determined to continue the fight.
