A multifaceted organization which serves individuals in the hundreds of thousands; Aglari Enterprises is a company whose primary focus of operations is set upon Banking. However they maintain stakes in a multitude of various other concerns such as Resources acquisitions and allocations, Real Estate management, Casino Operations and through their subsidiary; the research and development of security technologies and non-lethal arms. Furthermore they also maintain a sizable firm dedicated to aiding in Planetary Development and Rebuilding efforts, whiling maintaining an interest in the funding of interstellar exploration.
Rationale:
Aglari Enterprises is a family founded, owned and run corporation with the Aglari Family being the sole owners and operates. With that said, the company itself was passed to Irwaen Aglari by will of her late father whom recently passed.
Tier:
Aglari Enterprises is currently a Tier Three company with high aspirations and dreams; as they look forward into the future and grasp for the possibility of becoming a Tier Four corporation.
Description:
General Operations and Behavior:
On the surface Aglari Enterprises is represented as a benevolent corporation with the interest and the well being of the people in their minds. While the majority of this statement is true, it hides beneath it the truth of the company. Aglari Enterprises is first and foremost a corporation like all corporations. Their primary focus, policy and goal is the generation of credits and to create a flow of said credits to their own coffers. Likewise Aglari Enterprises focuses primarily on banking ventures; specifically loans which are presented as 'Planetary Rebuilding and Development' loans.
Aglari Enterprises offers these loans at low rates to many Outer Rim worlds and colonies providing large loans with only a small interest rate. While many planets and colonies are capable of paying off these loans and accrued interest this is now how Aglari Enterprises makes their money. Instead it is the worlds and colonies that would be incapable of repaying the loans and interest that Aglari Enterprises focuses on the most. Offering these selected the larger loans with the smallest interest rates; with the knowledge that these loans will be defaulted on. When this happens; Aglari Enterprises steps in.
While their primary focus is on banking; it is the stakes they maintain in other ventures that come into their own during these collections on loans. Through their ventures in Resource Acquisitions and Allocations, Real Estate Management and Casino Operations; Aglari Enterprises makes large returns on their loans. Hiring third party corporations that are often forced to bid for the right to the natural resources of the world or the prime real estate plots, the company not only makes credits on the harvesting, processing and sales of the worlds natural resources; they also make credits on the sales of prime real estate and leases that they offer to off world investors, developers and financial ventures. In this way they are capable of grinding the most amount of credits out of a world even after its natural resources have been expended.
As such, Aglari Enterprises maintains strong ties to the Omega Protectorate. These ties extend to the point of Aglari Enterprises offering discounts on natural resources acquired, real estate reservations and increased tax revenue from Aglari Enterprises operated Casinos; which aid in the boosting and production of tourism to Omega Pyre space.

Security Forces and Personnel:
The Aglari Defense Force is the security arm of Aglari Enterprises, composed by the Corporation's vessels and security personnel. Unlike historical and current Corporate militaries, the Aglari Defense Force is maintained with limited numbers. As such the Aglari Defense Force often only numbers in the low thousand to two-thousand at anyone time; furthermore with a small fleet ranging from fifty to one-hundred Gozanti Cruisers designated for the sole purpose of protecting the interest of Aglari Enterprises.
However, while they may lack a proper full standing Corporate Military, they more than make up for this through the appointment and deployment of specialized Corporate Operatives. These personnel in question are allocated nearly limitless resources with the standing permission to allocate said resources in the execution of their duties. As such these Corporate Operatives further the power of the Aglari Defense Force through the regular hiring and continued employment of Mercenary elements, while also utilizing them in such a way as to not directly link either the hired personnel nor the operatives back to Aglari Enterprises.
While the Aglari Defense Force is the public face of Aglari Enterprises, showcasing the most recent Vault-Tech Security Designs hardware; it is the hired mercenaries that do the dirty work when needed. This allows Aglari Enterprises to retain a certain plausible deniability should an operative or hired mercenary element bring attention to themselves or their actions. These tactics allow both Aglari Enterprises and the Aglari Defense Force from garnering unwanted attention.

Vault-Tech Security Designs is focused on the sole purpose of the designing, development and production of high end security technologies and non-lethal arms to ensure the security and safety of the properties and those individuals within said properties of Aglari Enterprises. While their primary consumer is their parent company; they however maintain limited contracts with other Casinos; as well as taking private contracts and orders for private individuals that would rather keep their identity protected. This has allowed Vault-Tech Security Designs to develop a reputation for keeping an individuals privacy.

Currently a Tier Two company, their own desires and dreams to expand into a Tier Three company are directly linked and tied into the prosperity and reputation of their parent company Aglari Enterprises. For this reason they seek to aid and assist their growth to ensure the future for their own company.

Based on the world Kooriva, one of the more wealthier planets in the galaxy. They focus on the design, development and production of security devices and non-lethal arms which have many uses and applications in a variety of fields. Through the careful guidance of their parent corporation Aglari Enterprises, their products are offered at a discount to local police and security forces within Omega Pyre space. Likewise, this careful guidance extends to the sells focused on private individuals.

History of Aglari Enterprises:
With a long and storied history, Aglari Enterprises has risen from its simple beginnings. When it was first founded it was nothing more than a small operation with a single well off member of the Aglari family offering loans and security to the hard working beings in the neighborhood. From these simple and humble beginnings they rose slowly over the next hundreds of years. Their growth was aided by their constant turn around business and the rapidly paid loans as they often would loan to those that other banks would refuse to due to their credit. This little act of faith ensured a large percentage of their clients paid back in full including any accrued interest.
As the years went by the corporation saw itself expanding in other fields of interest. This began as a direct result of the Aglari family; through a sad series of events which concluded with a forced repossession, acquiring a casino. It was this moment that the simple banking operation evolved into Aglari Enterprises as they began to run both the casino and the bank. These would in turn bring further developments and interest to the forefront as Aglari Enterprises continued to grow.
It wasn't long until Vault-Tech Security Designs were founded as a subsidiary of Aglari Enterprises for the sole purpose of design, development and production of security technologies for the use in the banks and casinos held by the Aglari Family under Aglari Enterprises. Sadly with the events of the Gulag Plague; the company was hit hard and nearly lost everything in the dark years that came.
In more recent history with the virus seemingly finally vanished; with more and more beings beginning to live once more, Aglari Enterprises has begun to see a rapid comeback in the post Gulag Plague Era.
