All standard features.

ADVANCED SYSTEMS

  • Highly automated: These ships are completely autonomous, capable of operating by themselves (per orders and objectives given) or in concentrated networks led by tactical super-computers or AI units. (The latter of which will need to be subbed separately, of course). Which means they do not need a crew to function efficiently.
  • Self-repair: Is capable of performing repairs on itself. In combat this is limited to very superficial repair procedures (no instant repairs within a battle), but outside of it with enough time and resources? It only needs a drydock for the most pressing of damage.
  • EWAR/ECM Systems: Recessive firewalls, complicated algorithms, alienlike structure, there are a number of defenses that make it complicated to try and simply slice these ships.
Strengths:
  • Automated: As above. These ships are completely autonomous and capable of self-repair. Furthermore they have defenses against intrusion, making it challenging to try and hack into them.
  • Speed: Substantially faster than average.
Weaknesses:
  • No Hangars: They cannot rely on any fighter support or anything else. This means if they aren't properly supported with other ships, they have big gaps in their effectivity.
  • EMP/Ion: It does not surprise that powerful EMP and Ion blasts are far more effective against these ships. Once they get through the shields, any direct shot after that is liable to disable important network systems.
DESCRIPTION
The treasures one might find, if they dig long enough might surprise even the most stubborn of men.

Nobody truly knew how Sardun was aware of this treasure.

From one moment to the next? He mounted an expedition. It took them weeks. Some began to question the entire operation. Until... until they discovered the caverns just under the other layer. Filled. Machinery. Still (somewhat) operational to this day. But really in need of some dusting (okay and a whole lot of refitting too).

The tech was ancient by all accounts, but strangely modern in some ways.

Automation that few truly could boast of having mastered. Self-repair. Once Sardun discovered the flagship and the master key? The Lords of Light were in business.

Literally.

It was only after that that Michael Sardun contacted the Oathsworn and the others. There was mistrust between all these factions. The Band wasn't immensely popular with their zealotry. But one couldn't deny their results. Together they unearthed this sleeping fleet further. They managed to dig them out safely.

After that the restoration projects began.

The shipyard above Tython stretched to its capacity.

Once upon a time this fleet might have conquered the Galaxy. Those days are long gone. But it might just tip the scale towards the Lords, allow a more even playing field in the future war.
