A Story Yet Untold

[member="HK-36"]

"You say that like you would have let me go, HK." As Vixley re-evaluated his situation and stood back up, the hulking humanoid was made somewhat vulnerable. Vixley realized it, but he continued getting up with a plan to assist it to attack. The hulking humanoid quickly realized his lost leg, but he already devised a new plan of attack. As HK was in the middle of destroying his knee, the hulk twisted his body to turn and his last remaining leg pushed himself against HK, towards the side of the staff and trying to grab it. If successful, he would wrestle over shear strength with HK. "Combat Automaton. You have been designated a primary hostile target. Surrender or die." In the middle of the hulking humanoid speaking, his appearance completely changed, and one of his hands moved to quickly grab one of the gauntlets after scanning them quickly. It grabbed one of the gauntlets by the hand, squeezing the fingers and the palm location. This hulking humanoid was able to process things as fast or maybe even faster than HK, and he was obviously a superior model to Vixley. As soon as the hulking humanoid grabbed at HK, and the electrical surge hit both of them, and it seemed they both were uneffected. Almost as if the electricity dissipated from the Hulk. The humanoid appearance before was nothing but projections, and its body structure was made entirely of Ultrachrome if HK could tell. But it was all spaced, it wasn't solid, which could expose certain systems. The shield activated to ensure typical blasters and similar weapons would not strike him. If he was unable to appropriately grab HK, he would fall on top of him while wrapping his arms around him.

The other Bone-structured humanoids with the large humanoids were not having the best of chances fighting the bodyguards, the ordinary humanoids already falling to pieces, and the larger humanoids barely keeping up the fight. But... they were barely fighting. Still, they continued defensive tactics, intentionally keeping them in their place. One of them even able to jump on one of the bodyguards and grab them, squeezing, trying to crush their electronics.

"The A-300b was my best automaton. But I suppose it wasn't even enough to stop you, HK. I must do everything I can to keep you here." Vixley paused for a brief moment, and suddenly the facility activated an alarm. The lights shut off until only red blinking lights flashed. As soon as he was finished, Vixley activated his repulsor pack and threw himself into the fight between the Hulk and HK. Utilizing his Disruption Gauntlets, he bypassed HK's shield and grabbed onto one of his arms, trying to pull it off or bend it. He found where HKs most powerful weapon was located, and disabling it was his best chance. His Retribution Feedback shield was also activated, and at this close range the magnitude of any attack from HK would surely feedback against himself. "We could have been allies, HK!"

The Vixley replicant that appeared earlier was now leaving the facility, but not in the fastest manner. As to why it wasn't reacting to the situation was unknown, but it left the hallway and entered the docking bay, presumably where Vixleys ship was located.

Ultrachrome had one major weakness, one that HK was aware of, the fact that it was a superconductor, and the pike that Vixley's machine would be trying to grab just happened to be a powerful electricity-based melee weapon, the shocks it was capable of dealing out were so strong that upon touch it was capable of ripping out and cutting limbs of organics much like a lightsaber was. Although HK was aware of the other machine's protection against electricity, he knew that such protection was not without its limits, as the droid's own shield was capable of dispersing only limited amount of electricity before being overloaded. So as the larger being reached for the pike's shaft HK did not get out of the way of the attack, instead cranking up the charge on the shaft to the maximum and letting the being touch it, then shifting back away from the other droid to see what would have happen, expecting fireworks as Ultrachrome had the effect of superconducting such charges and causing them to affect the whole body equally rather than one specific part, expecting fireworks to be a result.

As to the hulk trying to grab HK by the hand and wrestle him down as it was now on the ground with just one working leg, the advantage of HK having a lighter Phrik body with probably similar strength to the hulk but in smaller frame, and the being's awkward position, meant that HK could have just let go of his polearm, letting the hulk deal with the continuous powerful electrical current and whatever effect it had on his shield and other systems while being coupled with the superconductive properties of Ultrachrome, and HK himself just quickly stepped and shuffled back and to the side, out of the hulk's reach.

Which would leave, hopefully for now, HK alone with Vixley as the other droid tried to take advantage of HK and Hulk's exchange to discover the larger droid fell for HK's trap who was not actively outmaneuvering him. When Vixley would grab HK by his arm he would find that Phrik was a very durable and very tough material to pull apart, considering how it could withstand lightsaber strikes without any noticeable damage and container forged out of the stuff survived Alderaan exploding from a Death Star shot. Looking over to Vixley when he struggled with HK's arm, the droid would raise his hands, moving them to hover over each side of Vixley's head as he activated his Gauntlets once more, using their gravitational manipulating properties to bypass Vixley's shields and armor, creating an anomaly within the other droid's head and trying to smoosh whatever was left of Vixley's brain into a pebble, or crush his processors and control units into dust, or mess them up as much as he could at the very least.
