Material: It's a serum, so various liquids and compounds native to Eshan.
Description:
In the time of Niamh Raste's leadership of EIC, various secret projects were undertaken. One of them was A.R.C. There were a total of four test subjects, of which Tatanya was a volunteer after the death of her mother, Janira Fenni. The results of the testing:

Subject 1: Deceased after first injection.
Subject 2: Mentally unstable and unable to perform rudimentary tasks.
Subject 3: Mentally unstable and unable to perform rudimentary tasks.
Subject 4: Mentally unstable. Shows signs of enhanced strength and speed.

The serum leaves those who use it either dead or mentally ill. This is always the case, regardless of who uses it. For Tatanya, it left her quite unstable, but she maintained her ability to function in civilized society, for the most part. The serum increased her strength over other Echani her size, but did not make her as strong as a Force user using Force enhanced strength. It also made her faster than other Echani in her size range, but again not as fast as someone using the Force to aid them in running.

The serum, and its formula, were stolen from EIC when Tatanya went on the lam. Not only does it make her unstable, faster, and stronger, but it is also an addicting narcotic agent. It's very slowly killing her, and she has a serious need of it. She has to take the serum for the effects of it to take hold. Without using it, she's just her normal self (though the insanity remains). However, she's almost always on an A.R.C. high.

Overall, the strengths are increased speed and strength, marginal in power. The drawbacks are insanity, addiction, and a slow, drawn out death (over many years).

The serum increased her strength by 25% over other Echani her size (this does not make her as strong as someone using Force enhanced strength) and 10% faster than other Echani in her size range (not as fast as Force running, but slightly faster than the normal person).

We do not operate on stats and %s in the factory, please replace these numbers with descriptions (your speed description in parenthesis is a good example of what to use).
