A New Beginning [Coci]

Many hours later, darkness had reached their home and the rain poured outside. It was late at night and Nina was in bed, leaving Thurion and Coci to love's embrace. He took her by the hand and led her up the stairs and through the hallway into their bedroom. Within the large bed had been sprinkled with red and white rose petals, and lit candles littered the room.

Closing the door behind them, he immediately grabbed hold of her and pressed her body back against the wall, pinning her in place. "You're mine, now..." he whispered with carnal intent into her ear moments prior to his lips finding the soft skin of her cheek and neck.

It had been a long fabulous day, any time spent with Thurion and Nina is, however a kind of tension had been building up all day between the two lovers and now they had opportunity to release it. As Thurion led her to their new bedroom, she went willingly. Her mind set on images of the past between them and more to come however, as she entered the room she smiled at the preparations. Thurion had left nothing to chance or omitted a thing, the room look beautiful with candles and flower petals laid among the bed sheets. She grinned more at her own thought, about setting fire to the place on their first night, they would have to be careful.

A warm breeze entered the room, caressing their bodies bring with it a scent of the tropic without. A soft humidity floated on the air from the lake just outside their window, giving rise to their emotions and desires. Before Coci could move forward, Thurion took her in an embrace of passion and pushed here against the wall. His hungry lips seeking her and found them, she too hungered for his touch as her lips fought for command. Her hands pulled at his clothes, at war with them and wanting to rid them both of the impediments.

With the fire and strength of passion flowing through her veins, Coci pushed off the wall and turned him so he now was captive between her body and the wooden wall. Her own clothes now problematic as she endeavoured to remove them and fight him equally.

She tugged and pulled at his clothes, and as his shirt came loose and dropped to the floor he found himself in her stead up against the wall. Now she tore at her own clothes, a desperate hunger present in her eyes. He was all too eager to assist her in disrobing, and before long she, too, had lost her shirt. Before either could disrobe further Thurion picked her up and carried her over to the bed.

Once in bed the rest of their clothes came off soon enough, and the remainder of the night was spent in unison accompanied by the pouring rain and rolling thunder outside.

The next morning...

Thurion woke up with his mind set on fire. A nightmare, it seemed. Thankfully so; what he experienced terrified him to no end. The shrieking voice calling his name, from the lips of one who looked like the woman now lay beside him in bed. So peaceful, she seemed, that it couldn't have been real. That only terrified him more, to be honest. Just to make sure he let the palm of his hand caress her soft, milky cheek and her delicate lips from which he could feel her calm breath. As she lay there he leaned in to place a kiss upon her lips, inhaling her lovable scent once more. Yes, this was real, and he thanked the Force and the Gods alike for it.

He carefully climbed out of bed and put some pants on before stepping outside onto the wooden balcony overlooking the lake. The morning dew was slowly retreating as the warming sun crawled its way up the sky, and the surrounding trees were soon filled with the song of birds. Such serenity of life was something he'd seldom seen in these tumultuous times, and contrasted the tragedies of war beautifully.

The loving touch that only Thurion can master upon her skin began to stir her from exhausted slumber. Coci allowed the sensation linger not only on her skin but throughout her mind, however, she sensed something was amiss. Something disturbed Thurion were normally he would have slept with peace. Their bond rippling with a sense of peaked fear which moments later would subdue to relief.

She felt him move away from the bed, the cool air replacing his warmth on her body which made her awake and reach for the sheet. With sleep laden eyes she looked for him and found his well framed body on the balcony, out stretched arms supporting him as he leaned looked over the beauty of the place. She considered him for a moment, wondering if he needed time to himself before starting the day but her concern drove her to move out of bed.

She took the sheet with her, draping it around her body just in case Nina woke and came looking for them. "What is it my love, what has disturbed you?". she stood next to him look out across the same view.

He could feel her presence, followed by her coming into view as she stood beside him draped only in sheets. A tantalizing sight to be sure, had his mind been at ease. "A nightmare. I heard you scream my name as you begged for my help, but I did nothing. I couldn't." His head dropped slightly before turning to face her, offering a faint smile of reassurance. His hands settled upon her naked shoulders and caressed her smooth skin, closely followed by a kiss upon her lips. He then wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her off the ground and put her down onto the balcony rail.

Now at the same height, he gazed longingly into her dark, mysterious eyes. A warm rush of wind swept over them both, forcing Coci to hold onto those sheets of hers should she wish to keep them.

Under different circumstances, Coci would have dropped the sheet, however, his nightmare troubled her. As he placed her on the balcony railing she tucked in the sheet to secure it in place. Her hand finding his firm broad shoulders and traveled to the base of his neck.

"Nightmares can be a foretelling of events like visions. I do not doubt you for one moment if I was in danger and the same is true of me. My life I would forfeit for the protection of you or Nina. I could have been simply a bad dream however". she added still with a look of great concern on her face. Her words she knew where not soothing to him, they never can be in situations where the dream is vivid and still fresh. But she is real and here with him.

The warm breeze wrapped around them once more, bringing signs of a day to come. Humid, moist and life giving much of what she loves of this place, their new home. She allowed her hands to pull on him gently to encourage him forward and as he moved she placed her arms around his shoulders.

She was there with him, and there was no limit to the amount of comfort she offered him just by being there, in arm's reach. As her arms wrapped themselves around him, so did his around her. Their foreheads met as they embraced each other, and their noses touched. Thurion closed his eyes for a moment just to lose himself in lovers' embrace while the warm breeze soothed him further. "Let's not speak any more of death on this morning, love", he said softly. "This is place of love and for the living."

Their bedroom door creaked open as a tiny, white figure peeked inside with wide eyes. Nina would not disturb her father in most cases, but today she had no reservations on entering his and Coci's bedroom. Her bare feet pitter-pattered up behind Thurion and then reached out to touch him, at which point she spoke into his mind: "Daddy, did you forget about breakfast?" She paid little attention to Coci wearing seemingly nothing other than bed sheets. Thurion settled a hand upon her little head as he checked the time. They were late for breakfast.

He offered a smile. "Oh, I'm sorry, Snowflake. We'll get that sorted right away." Turning his head back to face Coci, he translated their conversation for her. "Breakfast", he merely said as he leaned in for a quick kiss before taking Nina downstairs to make breakfast, giving Coci plenty of time to get dressed. Her choice, of course.

She had to agree with him, their loving home has no place for such things a death or destruction and to the best of their ability, it will always remain that way. Coci pulled tight her sheet as Nina entered the balcony. She jumped down from the balcony rail and greeted Nina with a gentle caress of her cheek and a warm smile. Her smiled widened as Thurion informed her of Nina's important inquiry and nodded her understanding in return.

As the two loves of her life left to go prepare breakfast, Coci went to shower and refresh from the night. Allowing the cooling water to run over her body and through her hair. Once she had finished Coci, immediately dressed in what she could find having none of her own clothes here, she borrowed Thurion's shirt and loose trousers. Naturally, they did not fit, far to large for her and she had to do her best to tuck them in and rolled up the bottoms of the trousers to fit. She wore no shoes but paddled bare foot down the breakfast, her hair wet still and pushed back with the use of her fingers.

However, she struggled as the pants kept threatening to fall down, however as she entered the hall she notice a piece of thin rope or string and grabbing it Coci used this as a make shift belt to keep her modesty. Even though Thurion's clothes are of the lastest design and more then adequate to fit his wonderful frame, she must have looked a funny sight.

Coci entered the kitchen as if nothing as out of place, kept her face neutral of express but internally she was laughing at herself. "What can I do to help, my love?". She gave Thurion an 'innocent' smile.

Breakfast had already been served when Coci slipped into the kitchen, with Nina sat at the table scooping milk and cereals into her tiny mouth. Thurion had yet to take his seat, and once he laid eyes on his fiancée there was no way he would just let her pass him by unnoticed. "They look good on you", he chuckled as he pulled her close and wrapped his arms around her. "I didn't know you were signing up to become a clown at the closest circus, though." Those pants of his/hers looked like they were about to fall off at any moment. Not a bad look for her, he had to admit.

She grinned back at Thurion as he held her. Then pushing away gently, Coci levitated five fruits resting in a bowl on the bench. In the air they twisted and twirled as she used the force to juggle and do her tricks. Coci gave Nina a secretive wink, as she moved one of the more softer fruits over Thurion's head and allowed it to drop. The fruit bounced gently off his head and she caught it and without hesitation took a large bite, with a grin.

Coci walked away continuing to eat the fruit until she reached the large window and sat on the sill. Her eyes gazed out over the jungle, watching the avian within the tops of the thick trees, such colours on their plumage she had never seen before and their calls beautiful to the ear. She turned back to Nina and Thurion with a smile.

"What are we going to do today?". she asked with no shortage of excitement to explore their amazing home. Now that she had began to eat, her body informed her she needed more and so Coci returned to the bench to find more fruit. As she passed Thurion she leaned in and kissed his cheek before whispering in his ear one single word to tease him.

"Commando". she smiled wide as she found her new piece of fruit.

The spectacle of Coci acting the part of a circus clown was unexpected, and completely out of character for her, he thought. Even Nina stopped eating when she saw it, eyes wide and mouth agape, and if she could she would laugh. Her muteness only let her smile when feeling happy, so it would have to do. The finale included dropping a fruit onto Thurion's head, which only made him laugh in return. Then his mood changed entirely when she whispered that one word into his ear, leaving him to his quiet imagination while trying to hide his blushing cheeks. "So insatiable..." he told her telepathically before reaching for a glass of blue milk, his favourite since having been introduced to it 20 years ago when he first met Asha. The taste of it never ceased to make him think of her, and he smiled to himself. If only she could see him now, being a family man.

"Yes I love my .. fruit", she replied telepathically in return, with a grin as she bit down hard on apple. Coci moved to the side bench of the kitchen and watched Thurion. Something she would never grow tired of, he stands tall above most, broad shouldered and strong and yet the most gentlest of men. Her head tilted as she noted the blush on his cheeks as she sipped the blue milk, she marveled at this and only caused her to love him more, an impossibility but still her love grows. Considering the night of fire and passion they had given one another she loved the idea that she could still make him blush. But what she loved the most, is that she can make him laugh, a laughter that simply lifts her soul to hear it. Her behaviour not out of character for her, it is just more of Coci opening up to them both and revealing her silly side along with her girlishness.

However, she is also devilish, and so jumped up backward on the bench to sit, her legs slightly parted and her feet swinging with fun. Several things crossed her mind at this point, but Nina's presence prevented all of them from becoming reality, however Coci let her mind play for a good few moments.

She jumped down and walked over to Nina to sit next to her, her hand gently resting on the beautiful girls shoulder, Shall we play today? or maybe go exploring? what would you like to do? Through Coci's hand Nina would feel her emotions as their force bond had began to develop, a sense of love flowing to her.
