A new Arrival (Open to all)

[Mr. Bones]

Although he didn't like ships, He had to take one to get to the Voss Academy, a place where The Silver Jedi order resided. He had already become a new member of the Order via holo-communications, and had decided to make this new academy home...if they had the room. The transport was surprisingly empty on his way there, and by the time he touched down and stumbled out of the shuttle, he was the last passenger on board, after it made several stops on different planets. Dopi Bones stumbled out of the Shuttle and made his way towards the main gates of the Academy.

A young woman awaited him.

"Welcome to Voss, fair traveler. I am Master Matthews of the Academy. We have received your notice of acceptance and you are most welcome within the halls of this holy temple. Now. Might I be of any assistance as you settle in?"

Dopi soon was approached by a woman who introduced herself as Master [member="Jessica Matthews"], who welcomed him to the temple on Voss.

"Greetings, Master Matthews, I am Dopi Bones. I hope I don't bump into anything fragile while I am here, although I would like to know where the living quarters are, if there are any in this temple."

Bones was rather tired from the flight, and he had much to do in a small amount of time. He never really constructed a lightsaber, along with the many things he had to unpack...or at least the holocrons he brought with for him to study and meditate with. He really wanted to explore the temple and learn a bit more of its layout as well, but he would ask of that later, once he got his things unpacked in whatever room they gave him to accommodate himself into.

It wasn't often Jairdain returned to the Voss temple. She was the advisor to the Crown Prince of Commenor now and quite often her duties there kept her from being with the Jedi proper. A bit of time off and she wanted to return to them while she could.

Arriving just after [member="Mr. Bones"] had, but on her own ship. She walked up behind him. Hearing the comment he made about bumping into fragile items caught her attention.

Stopping to nod at [member="Jessica Matthews"], she introduced herself since they had never met either.

"I'm Jairdain Ismet, knight. It is nice to meet both of you."

She wore what she was now comfortable with. Black pants and boots, her cloak was the same as it was when she arrived. Her shirt was a mix of blues and had feathers on her sleeves.

As he asked about where he could call his new room, another voice spoke up behind him, this one being a woman by the name of Knight [member="Jairdain"] Ismet.

"Well...Greetings to you as well, Knight Ismet. I am Dopi Bones, a new arrival to the temple here on Voss...I was just asking Master [member="Jessica Matthews"] if she knew where I could have as a home in the temple, if this temple has living quarters.

Dopi now assumed that if Master Matthews couldn't help her, than maybe Knight Ismet could assist him in where to go to call his new humble abode.

 

[Jsc]

Jessica smiled and nodded to both new arrivals. [member="Mr. Bones"] and [member="Jairdain"] . She turned to Bones,

"Of course. The dormitory is just west of the Great Hall. I'm surprised they haven't messaged you electronically about your room assignment? Oh well. I suppose we'll just need to check in at Guest Reception and see about your access suite. Please. Follow me."

Jessica motioned for Dopi to follow her pass the doors and into the Great Hall. Then she turned to Ismet,

"Welcome Knight. I am Master Matthews of the Academy. Jedi Bones here has just arrived. Perhaps you'd accompany us as we get him settled in?"

An open question. No doubt Knight Ismet had much to do.

Dopi bowed his head and smiled, accidentally bumping into [member="Jairdain"] as he tried to follow [member="Jessica Matthews"].

"Oh whoops. I apologize...Hmm...a rather interesting use of Zireal as a part of your attire, Knight Ismet."

When Dopi had bumped into Knight Ismet, he felt some feathers. The only form of bird he knew was that of Sparrow, but since he didn't know some words in Basic, he had to use the Zabrak language.

 

[Jairdain]

"It is nice to know your names, Dopi Bones and Master Matthews."

Jessica asked of she would want to accompany them to help Dopi find his way around the Temple. Giving the master a nice smile, she nodded.

"It was only a few years ago I was in his situation and totally new here. I'd be happy to join the two of you."

The newcomer started to ​step forward, accidently bumping into Jairdain as he moved. He apologized, but what he said next caused her draw in her breath slightly. She had been called Zireal by two others. Both zabark and sith from Iridonia. She didn't feel any sense of real darkness within him, so he wasn't with them. Something else struck her as odd, he had bumped into her.

"Jedi Bones," trying her best to be diplomatic, she chewed on her lower lip for a moment before continuing. "I assume since you know that word for a certain bird that you are zabrak. I am not, but have been called that by them. Are you also blind? Of course, I accept your apology, it's an accident."

He spoke with an accent ​that was different to that of Lykos or Krest.

[Mr. Bones]

"Why yes...I am Zabrak...or that of Dathomir. And yes, I was born blind, but my blindness makes me more connected to the Force. I hope that me being that of Dathomir doesn't cause any problems, Knight Ismet."

He could sense her feeling change when he said Zireal to her. He had a gut feeling she had some bad experiences with his species before, because it was obvious she didn't exactly like him...or exactly trust him whatsoever.

Jess lead the group into the Great Hall and towards a small counter helmed by a stewardess. Reception, read the nameplate atop the counter.

"Pardon me a moment, you two. I'm just going to pull up Bones' paperwork."

She had a short conversation with the woman behind the desk. Reviewing a holopad and nodding.

"Okay then... Jedi Bones. According to our listing, you are housing in rooms A309 and A310 in the West Wing. Ah... And yes. Here is your Library Access Code and your parking passes. Two for airspeeders and one for Hanger Access."

Jess gave Bones all his digital clearances. He was now all set to begin exploring the Voss Temple at his leisure.

[Jairdain]

"I have only met two zabrak, but they are from Iridonia."

Any hostility Jairdain felt because of his race dissipated, but it wasn't in her nature to be like that so there shouldn't have been any there. Caution had been though, it would be like either Krest or Lykos to send somebody to keep an eye on her.

"I was born blind as well and I think I'm human."

Following Jessica inside and walking next to Opie, she remained silent when the master returned with his housing assignment. Remaining silent as she spoke, when she was done, Jairdain would appear to look at Opie.

"Would you like to me guide you? It can be confusing at first."

Knowing this first hand, she hoped he would accept. It would give them a chance to talk.

[Mr. Bones]

"I wouldn't mind that at all, thank you Knight Ismet....and as far as I can sense, yes, you are Human."

Dopi chuckled a bit at her statement of what species she thinks she is. He found it interesting that this woman was not only blind, but was willing to escort him around as a guide of the temple to help him out. Dopi started walking over to the dormitories area with [member="Jairdain"], so then he could set up his new abode, and get to know someone better at the same time.

 

[Jairdain]

"Please just call me Jairdain."

While she had grown up being formal, she did not expect it to be done to her. In certain situations there was a need for it, but walking down the halls of the Temple, she didn't feel there was.

"I wasn't born in the galaxy proper, so while I look human, I'm not sure if I actually am."

Shrugging her shoulders lightly, Dopi may not notice. If he was empathic, then he may pick up on her rather neutral stance on her race.

They walked at his pace and Jairdain pointed out certain areas that had been important to her when she had arrived. Mainly the common area, cafeteria and training rooms. When they reached the dorm area, she stopped.

"There is another smaller common area over there," she physically turned him, if he allowed it so he was facing the room. "Your room is this way." When Jairdain said that, she placed his hand on her upper arm, so she could guide him if he wanted.

[Mr. Bones]

Dopi was enjoying his time with @Jairdain. She was showing him around the whole temple, from training rooms, to their cafeteria. When she stopped him and turned him to his room, he smiled, and opened the door with a wave of his hand. Once the Door opened, he walked in with his things and began to walk in, before looking behind him with a grin on his face.

"You can enter if you so wish to, Jairdain. I don't like to end conversations so abruptly."

Jessica watched them go, smiled, and wished them well. Letting them pass from her view and beyond.

"May the Force be with you. Always."

She mused like a whisper. For the future was bold indeed.

[Jairdain]

Jairdain could hear the smile in his voice as he invited her into his room. Opie also said he didn't like conversations to end in such an abrupt manner, so the knight followed him into his room.

Giving him the time he needed to find where his bed, dresser, chair and other items were around the room, Jairdain stood near the door. Once he had everything figured out, she took a seat in the chair. The bed would be his if he chose to sit.

"What brought you here, Opie?"
