A Lover's Legacy (Part 1)

Alexandra yawned as she laid on the limb of the tree that rested inside the Order's rooftop garden, waiting for the arrival of an old acquiantance that said that he would help her find a certain saber she had been looking for for the last eight years. It had become tedious, a problem even to her when it came to trying to find the saber alone but recently she had gotten tipped off to a paper trail that might lead the two of the them to the location of the saber that she was so curious to find and so interested to get her hands on.
What saber was it that she was so wanting.
The Saber was that of the former Jedi Master Nomi Sunrider, but it was not the saber itself that she wanted to find, instead it was the crystal that had followed the saber as well as the saber of Nomi's daughter. If she could find the location of this crystal, it would allow her to outfit the saber she carried now with that of Nomi's. Now she had a reason for this choice of crystal though, and why she just wanted it and not the saber itself. Nomi's Saber was indeed something that she would enjoy having, even keeping on her person but when it came down to it, there just presented itself with a few problems that Alexandra would rather not find herself dealing with.
So instead, Alexandra would take the Crystal for now, finding time for the saber later in her life, or perhaps returning to retrieve it and Vima Sunrider's when it was time to. All she needed now was for Gray to arrive, and once he was here, they could get on their way to Rhen Var.

Gray had not been to or heard from that odd woman from that run down temple on Aldearaan since he had randomly found his way there when he first began to learn about the force. So it was a little odd for him when he suddenly was asked by her for some help in a personal matter. He had no idea what it might be especially because of how unique she was when they last met, but he figured it had something to do with the force or jedi. He had been thrown around all over the place as of late by the Force himself, and he had just started to think it was done for awhile when the message came in. Who would have thought learning a bit about the force would end up leading to you being dragged around by it all over the place for the rest of your life? It was no wonder force users were all such weird people.....and it looked like Gray was going to be one of them himself. Great.

Gray had his ship landed at the temple's landing area and stepped out. He walked down the ramp wearing some casual clothes. He had his revolver strapped to his right leg with the hilt of his light saber Whisper hung next to it. On his back he had his sword Calm strapped so the hilt was sticking out over his right shoulder. He whistled as he looked around. The temple was in much better repair and care than the last time he had been here. It seemed someone else other than him had done something to fix the place up. That was great to see. He had liked the place and always thought it was a shame that it was in such disrepair. It wasn't anymore though, so he just needed to focus on searching for the one who had called him here. Maybe she would be lazing around a tree like some kind of cat? As funny as that thought was, there was no way that could be true. He got going on his search for the woman.

Yet she sat in the same place she had been sitting in already, eyes focusing on the sky far above her with her arms crossed behind her head as a pillow and her legs hung to either side of the branch she laid on. While the few remained in her temple, her eyes focused on the sky through the leaves of the tree, watching it and waiting for time to pass while Gray was making his way towards her location. She could only smile as she felt Gray's presence and ever more as her head turned to look at where the stairs to the garden would end and he would appear, the tail she now had swaying slightly as she sat there with her brow slightly raised in curiosity as to Gray's presence now.

He was different, that much was something she could tell. Hell it was almost night and day for both of themm as far as their signatures went. Both had become more than what they had been in the past, someting that she noticed near immediately before smiling to herself. She enjoyed knowing that those she had a connection with were getting stronger, it meant they would be safer from harm as long as they were careful.

Once he was up here they would be able to get going, their location a good distance from Alderaan itself and while she knew that maybe meeting here wasn't the best when it came to time, it allowed her far more options in making sure that it was only him who was with her. She knew that people coveted items of historical significance and of power, so she had to keep her intereactions and searches confined to those that she prefered having with her.

Gray walked around the temple for awhile checking everything out. He was still looking for [member="Alexandra Feanor"] but that was not his current priority. He was more interested in seeing how the temple looked when it was actually in repair and maintained. It was almost a completely different place than it was when he first came here. The walls were not in shambles. The windows were clean and could be seen through clearly. The inside was not dusty and lit up. It was inspiring now seeing it like this. He felt some desire to spend more time here learning, but that was not possible for him currently. Maybe he could afford to later.

Gray eventually found his way to the garden he had cleared of weeds once. He felt the signature of the tree and Alex up in it as he came closer. He honestly could feel them both since he got a little into the temple grounds after leaving his ship, but it was nearly unnoticeable until now. He walked over to the tree and looked up at her. He noticed a tail on her, which he hadn't the first time. He studied her for a moment before he smiled up to her. He said, " Well this is interesting. Didn't expect to enter a temple and find such a foxy lady here." He gave her a wink before he chuckled. He added after, " A pleasure to meet you again. So what did you need me for? Just feeling a little gray?" Oh it was good to be using such terrible puns again.

The first line was bad enough and she took her time to glance over at the man who had grown up since the last time she had really seen him, and just as she expected the second line to follow was no better. For a few seconds, she even debated simply throwing him off the rooftop and seeing if he splattered on the ground like a water balloon but her calmer side won over as she curled the tail around her waist and slowly sat up, legs kicking over and hanging from the branch. Her hands smoothed out the robes she wore and soon her body dropped to the ground as she settled her footing. Only then did her eyes look and find Gray, staring at him for a few long seconds before raising her hand with a smile.

"I would advise you to stop with the puns, before i turn you into a gray pool at the bottom of my temple... im sure enough effort will change you to resemble something a bit more tasteful." Her smile remained and it was clear she was not joking, though in as quickly as the hand had rose she lowered it and simply walked forward before placing a hand on the man's shoulder. "Lets just get a move on Rhen Var is a ways off as it is and i would hate to have to simply trudge through snow to find nothing at the end of this rainbow."

Gray had to chuckle at what [member="Alexandra Feanor"] had to say to him. It seemed she was being serious when she threatened him just now, but it wasn't the first time someone had done that especially women. So he just grinned as he said to her in reply, " Well I can't make any promises. When the puns come to me, they just come out. Sort of like a stripper's breasts at a Nar Shadda bar. You better just accept its going to happen and buy a few extra drinks. Which I have a nice selection of on my ship. What is your poison? Mine is whiskey or scotch. Brandy and naboo red wine some times too. Also some tea leaves and water bottles as well if you don't like alcohol." He sure did have a bigger selection than he was thinking he had at first.

Gray continued saying after a pause, " But yeah, lets get going. So my ship full of booze or your ship full of...........whatever it is you fill your cabinets full of?" He just kept grinning as he waited for her reply. He didn't know if she even owned a ship that could fit more than one person in it. He wouldn't be too surprised either way since it would make sense if she had either. If she had a fighter then it fit her jedi background but if she had a larger ship it made sense how she could get around and interact with others. Well he was about to find out which it was, if they took her ship at least.
