Kana Truden
Wandering Healer
She had seen him only once yet left an impression that would last. Who was this [member="Jaryn Rhane"]? Kana knew he was a master but little else, she had heard the occasional mention from a few of the other masters but that was not much to go on. He had certainly helped during Corvus’ class way back but beyond that she had no idea who he was.
She had heard mention of him though. Yet from the sound of it he was possibly more used to life outside of the order. Not that Kana wasn’t but Jaryn had certainly seen a lot of the galaxy in a way that Kana would never in her life see it - with the force. Was that a topic worth investigating? Yes, it was. What was it like to be a jedi who helped the Republic’s Jedi Order yet maintained your own independence?
It was for that reason Kana had tried to reach him. She wanted to find out more about the way things worked when working by yourself like that. Not that she was planning on leaving the order but a girl could never be too curious. Well, they could but in this case it was clearly nothing
Having asked him to meet her in the gardens of the temple for a simple talk she had no expectations for him to actually arrive. He was surely a very busy man, being a master and all. Kana herself would be struggling at times to keep up with the Order business yet she was only a knight. At this point she truly dreaded the day she too would be a master.
In a sense it felt ironic that they’d be at the temple talking about life outside of it. Then again, it wouldn’t be all about life outside of the order. Getting to know more people than just Johnny, Corvus and Kian was still on her to-do list so why not start with Jaryn?
She meditated on the very same spot she had first instructed her very first padawan. For now, it was as good of a pass-time as any. Had the master accepted her call then hopefully he’d recognize her. Hopefully. If not, at least she had tried to describe the area in her message, right?
