A Darkness Returns

To be young once more, to walk the galaxy in the body of a fresh, untainted girl, to have defied fate and death yet again. It was a bittersweet sensation, one in which Ariealla relished her fortune. She had long since achieved that which the Sith desired most, the infinite lifetime, unending life. Immortality, in layman's terms. Of course, it came with a catch, it always came with a catch. She herself had to take another, and swap with them the body and soul so that she could continue, and they would be left with what she had given them. IF they lived at all, that was. It was quite astonishing she had managed to turn her family and descendants into a cult that outright worshiped her, with this duty being their sole purpose in life.

Weak minded fools, the lot of them. But useful, very useful. Even if their latest 'chosen' was too weak in the force to properly utilize her full power. The Sith "Lord" was stuck in an apprentice body, and all the force limitations that meant. And she had no true way to test her new body's physical limits, not now anyways. First she had to focus on getting her medical supplies together, then getting off world safely. Unlike the weak girl before, she would shine like a beacon to any Jedi in orbit above Korriban, and so would need a private transport.

What a predicament. She sighed and rummaged in her pockets to count the pills she yet had. Barely enough for a single dose more. She could easily *get* these drugs by raiding a hospital before she left, but doing that would bring the Jedi down on her faster than before. She kicked a wall of the cave tomb and made her way out onto the surface. Well, it certainly wouldn't do any good to cry about it now. She had her saber staff on her belt and her sith blade sheathed opposite that, and a few objectives in mind. The first task would be trying to find a pilot to negotiate some sort of deal off world first, then getting her medicine if there was still time.

Of course, she had to hope no one had sensed that massive dark side presence...

There was something happening, an awakening almost while she was letting the force energies wrap around herself. Ambria was a dangerous place and hiding out here where she could practice her atrisian ninja moves with the hssiss dragons. Their leathery hides something she could practice fighting and attacking with her sickle in her hand while she was finishing up with one of the beasts. Skinning it slowly so she had the full hide for herself to make an outfit out of when the moment came to make some sort of protective armor. THen she had felt it... the darkside shifting even on such a dark world like Ambria. Rising up away from the table and holding the hssiss skin while it was smelling of cooked flesh. She moved towards the ship to have a full section of herself ready for the fighting. There was nothing there but she was setting the course to follow the darkside and whatever it was towards the source. She was curious now more then anything while stitching and working on it with the travel time. "Pretty pretty." She said it as the view of the outfit and korriban came into view. She could move and sneak into the valley with her skills in the different techniques for avoiding people or getting them to look away. "Now lets go and see what we have found." She kicked the dirt moving towards the tombs.

"Oh how you would loathe to see what has become of our home,Tulak." Ariealla lamented as she wandered in the Valley of the Lords, her sith blade bloodied by some archaeologists she had found. They provided poor sport, but they had also seen her exiting her hidden cave, which simply would not do for her continued use of the ritual. Now though, she could see the full damage done to the tombs of those she would've once called friends. Worn from time, and violent coups, entire sections were destroyed with tombs completely blocked off. It was, saddening really. Everything had once been so glorious, and now it was little more than a broken memory. Honestly, it broke her heart. Especially Tulak's tomb, it was through him that she had learned (even if he never intended it) her endless rebirth cycle. She owed him much.. the least she could do was offer her respects.

Cleaning the blade off by scraping the blood on the edge of the sheath, she put the weapon away and knelt down by the tomb of Tulak Hord. She bowed her head quietly, her respects to the ancient lord. She held this for several moments, before standing, and beginning her walk once more. She hardly managed to get a few meters away, before she thought she felt something. "Would you be so kind as to introduce yourself? I hate to be snuck up on."

She felt something, a cold shiver and standing there in the hide outfit with a small grin the albino eltron was feeling cold and strange from her empathy. A small grin on her face when she finally spoke and her saber wasn't in her hand but it was dangling from the phrik cord at her wrist. "I am Azlyn." THe grin on her face though while she walked around holding it and checking her out. "very interesting, you must have been what I felt. Should hurry and hide before the silver jedi sense you. They are not as nice or friendly as I am." She said it with a small laugh and her white skin was feeling hot and dry on the world in from the air while her white hair fell around her shoulders.

Ariealla couldn't resist laughing at this, holding onto her sides gently. "Azlyn... a sith correct?" She could sense the darkness still, as accustomed to it as she had become over thousands of years. Not to mention if she was not attacking, she certainly was no jedi. "Then you must know I can quite well handle a few parasites such as Jedi. Besides the point, I doubt they'll have the courage to come face me here, where the darkside is king." The corners of her lips curled lightly in a smile, whilst she examined the woman that had come to her.

A curious individual to be sure, so bold as to actually announce her presence, but so foolish as to think she held any fear within her. Even weakened she feared not the jedi, as they were merely kids playing with the force. Yet still, she did not yet know her limitations.. which meant there was plenty of chances that there were 'silver jedi' who could pose some small threat... Ariealla's hand gripped the pommel of her sword as she faced the woman. "Tell me, are the sith still here?"

K'lor slugs were just about the worst thing ever. They were ugly, toothy, and they made the nastiest screeching noises. The only nice thing about them was the way they splattered over the windshield of Six's speeder when she ran them over. And how well death noises mixed with the the sound of heavy metal on the radio. She enjoyed that, too. This was probably the most fun she could have without her power gauntlets on.

Her singing and the radio together were making a big enough din to attract a whole horde of the bugs, along with some less buggy-looking animals that were much bigger and hungrier, for both the slugs and the woman running them over. So much fun for everyone, and also a total mess for whoever she ran into. This was absolutely nothing like driving around in one of the big cities. This was exhilarating.

"No they fled in terror long ago then proved cowardly sending only half brained darkside followers to try and hold the world. Now it is just controlled by the silver jedi." She shrugged though perking up as she sensed things and holding the sickle in her hand when she shifted position a little. Keeping her senses on the woman but looking around for the other thing she was feeling. "Though that doesn't mean some don't try and find their way here, most just want to rob the tombs and try to find some secret power that might still exist. Most fail, some succeed only to vanish when their heads are sliced off." She said it with a small grin though working on a few wicked thoughts that could be done but the darksider had never really said if she was one of the sith and much like her master Crystal is was easier to just have there be two people. Kept rift raft from being around.

"Children who want to play god, then. A pity, they could be so much more." She released her sword's pommel and glanced down at her hand, curiously. She'd gotten some blood from the archaeologists on it, bright scarlet drops covering it. She lifted her hand and gingerly licked it clean, as she turned her back to Azlyn for a time. Though of course, she could easily sense if she tried anything. "To see the remains of such an empire in this state is a crime. The tombs should be polished, restored. It makes their exploration much simpler. Safer, to a degree. And of course, for the Jedi to have hold of it, disgusting." She sighed and wiped her hand clean of saliva, before gripping her saberstaff in her right hand.

"We'll have more company soon. I can feel the slugs running, and dying in droves. So before they arrive, tell me..." She lifted her lightsaber, igniting it with a sharp hiss. The blade was a brilliant purple, but rather than a white core to the blade, it was a midnight black. Black, surrounded by purple, an old crystal. Even if it was all for looks.. "Are you Jedi or are you Sith?"

"Well I am not a jedi but there are a great many types of sith now, from ones who operate in the shadows to ones who just just destroy everything and make all of the noise. Then there are the ones who try to gather their forces and be smart over trying to be the best." So which one was she... the lone wolf running around with her sickle and reaping lives as needed to handle the situations. "I am just one of the left over rogue sith."

Whoever was watching would see Six's speeder come roaring around a corner, followed by the tenacious little creepy-crawlies that she'd pissed off. There sure were a lot of them, as far as she could tell through the dust she was kicking up. That was pretty good for a first try. The vehicle suddenly took off, leapt through the air for a few hundred meters, and then landed safely on its feet as its occupant stepped out and put her hands inside her power gauntlets.

"Yeeehaw. Let's fight, buggies."

Ariealla began to lose it at what the woman Azlyn said. Rogue... sith? She disengaged her lightsaber so she wouldn't kill herself while she doubled over laughing at her statement. Rogue Sith? That was by far the absolute most hilarious thing she had heard in a millennium. "R...Rogue Sith? S-So somehow, in our code demanding freedom, you've managed to go rogue? Oh lords you are one in a million." Her laugh was just slightly.. off. It was happy, and almost cute perhaps, but there was almost a sickness to it. Of course, she was sick in her own way, as she was waiting for her body to require the one dose of medicine she still had before taking it. Which meant within the next hour or so she would be deteriorating into a rather.. different self. She wiped these thoughts from her mind as she covered her mouth and calmed down from her laughter.

"There are no rogue Sith child. Only different interpretations. Now... we have company." She gave a smile, a hungry smile, as she saw Six come in and land, with a mess of slugs behind. Ariealla reignited her saber, both blades, and made her approach. Now was, she supposed, as good a time as any to test her body's physical limits. She imagined it wouldn't be able to fully support her preferred combat style, Juyo, but here she would need to focus on lots of slugs at once. She gave her staff a spin, and cut down two slugs as she came into view of Six. "I hope you don't mind if I play too, it's been ages since I got to cut loose."

"Well the other choice was join the fish Veles with his lightsided sith who tried to be evil but know the light to be all powerful.... Rogue sounded cooler then sith trying to not gag on vomit." She said it while someone was arriving and her eyes drifted to the one who had arrived while she held the saber in her hand activating the crossguard into a sickle. "Hmm I have no idea what this is..... but it might tell the jedi about you or me. So best course of action is kill it, burn the body and scatter the ashes to the dead in the crypts." She was watching while the phrik cord was in one hand and at the end of her sabers hilt with the snap hiss of darkside energy pulsing to the crimson light.

"Oh, yes, play. Play. PLAY!"

Six crowed as she leapt back out into the fight, now with her sonic gauntlets on. Her punches were huge, swinging, motions that left miniature craters in the ground when she missed one of the swarming bugs. The sonic generators in her gauntlets made circular holes in the slugs she did hit. She moved back and forth like she was boxing the creatures, laughing like a maniac.

"Ohhhhh, this is so much fun!"

"The powers of the light have a place and purpose. But to ignore the darkness within is to remain enslaved to the world, and in the end you will never fulfill our code with only the light." Her voice was calm as she continued moving, replying first to Azlyn, as she approached the woman with gauntlets. An interesting weapon to be certain, but it had its own limits. Unlike, of course, herself.

She smiled happily and brought her weapon above her head, giving it a short spin as she let the slugs approach. When they entered the 'kill sphere', her name for the radius she could reach with her saber, she engaged them. She had to clear these things out before they could figure out who/what Six was, and move on from there. To that end, she brought her weapon down, disengaging the closer lightsaber blade and wielding her blade like a standard long hilted saber, cutting through one slug top to bottom. Then she brought it from left to right, sweeping the weapon through a number of slugs with relative ease.

It was good to know she had a body with *some* practice put into it. Even if it would be a bit limited force wise she could seemingly cut loose with her physical abilities. Which suited her just fine.

Azlyn was watching both of them with a look on her face as she mulled over a few things... the first of which was just killed everything with her sickle... she could do it with the range compared to the gloves and she had the speed to easily handle things.... Plus they likely had never fought a saber that could alternate its blades likes hers which would give her an advantage. She was also well not wanting to attract attention of the Sanctum, her family might be mostly jedi with her being the black sheep.... albino black sheep but that didn't mean they could like protect and keep her from not being confined as a sith. Few might know what she had done but they wouldn't be able to just release her.
